J Vince was amazing during my bridal portraits. He was so patient and flexible. I did not eat that day, so I almost passed out. He took his time with the portraits. My bridal portraits came out amazing! During the ceremony, there was a family emergency, so he arrived right before the ceremony. However, he sent his assistant and was extremely apologetic. I wish we would have taken more family pictures and more pictures with the guest during the reception. I do not feel like we took enough, but I also haven't seen the pictures yet. I'm sure the pictures that he took will be amazing.

Do NOT waste your time, brides. He is an talented photographer who will produce a great product, but his responsiveness and professionalism is terrible. I've read several reviews stating that it took months to get their final products and that he was unresponsive after the wedding when they would contact him to see when the product would be done. I hate to give bad reviews but don't want any brides to experience the stress we did. Book elsewhere.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Found out after the fact that the same thing that he did to us was the same thing he’s BEEN doing and STILL DOING to other couples. It’s crazy that we are all looking for wedding videos and photo books. What is also crazy is that you ghosted us all in the same manner. This is very unprofessional and sad for someone to ruin an unforgettable experience by taking money and producing nothing.

He is a thief and stole our money!
He has stopped communicating and we do not have our forage from our WEDDING after 4 months! He has done this to SEVERAL people over the last 2 years. Trust me...do not book him!!!!! He stole or money and we have no footage!!

I am writing this review as a warning to other brides, or wedding planners. My clients hired this "business" for their wedding on AUGUST 1, 2015, and as I type this email on MAY 9, 2016, my clients still do not have their photos, album, or video they PAID IN FULL for prior to the wedding.

When my clients alerted me to the problem (as they picked this vendor, and were dealing with him directly) it was already JANUARY 2016, and they said he went unresponsive. I got him on the phone (I guess because he didn't save my number when we met), and he informed me that my clients never selected her photos for the album (a lie), but we went ahead and did it again, for the sake of getting things done. Last month upon a client follow-up I found out they STILL had not received anything. I was able to get J on the phone one more time where he told me we should have them by now, he would check and get back to me. That was 8 days ago.

He is currently not responding to communications, or returning calls. I'd like to warn ALL brides to stay away.
