My experience with J. David came AFTER the fact. My now husband purchased my beautiful engagement ring from J. David after much research, study, and customer feedback. Like most grooms-to-be, it's a BIG decision, a big expense, and requires the right vendor. I am so glad that he chose J.David's! Not only is my engagement ring amazing and a show stopper but the experience for me (as a bride) getting our wedding rings was great too. Stephanie Waddell (of the Broken Arrow location) was our associate. She was and is amazing. From my first meeting with her, she welcome me with a hug and kindness. She was as invested in my husband and I's engagement as we were! And she was so kind. She took her time to help me learn my style, and taste. She answered all my questions and concerns (about care and maintenance). She helped us design a wedding ring that fit within our budget. She was communicative and responsive to our calls, and/or texts. She kept us informed of the design process, the personalization timeline, and its arrival. She insured that we had all the necessary documentation for insurance authenticity and coverage. She was just exceptional. We now consider her our personal jewelers! Won't go anywhere else. J. David worked with my fiance and they custom designed the most beautiful ring iv ever seen! I am so happy and so pleased! the staff is so kind and helpful, they re sized my ring for me right away and they will clean it anytime i stop by!

My now-husband went to J David to pick out a beautiful emerald stone for my engagement ring, and we both worked with mainly with Crystal (also Brianna) to pick out a band for the engagement ring as well as a wedding band for me. Both ladies were so friendly, helpful, and patient as we labored over the many decisions. We are both very pleased with J David and will certainly turn to them first for any future jewelry needs. (It wasn't related to our wedding, but they did a great job custom-making opal necklaces for my husband to give to me, his mom, and sisters for Christmas.)

I love my custom wedding band. My husband and I decided on alternating pink and white diamonds and it sparkles like crazy. Everytime I went into the store I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello. I feel like they know me. Crystal is awesome, she helped me pick out one and two strand bracelets for the bridesmaids. Definitely ask for her when you are in the store.
