  Classic Jewelry and Friendly Personnel

  My experience with J. David came AFTER the fact. My now husband purchased my beautiful engagement ring from J. David after much research, study, and customer feedback. Like most grooms-to-be, it's a BIG decision, a big expense, and requires the right vendor. I am so glad that he chose J.David's! Not only is my engagement ring amazing and a show stopper but the experience for me (as a bride) getting our wedding rings was great too. She answered all my questions and concerns (about care and maintenance). She helped us design a wedding ring that fit within our budget. She was communicative and responsive to our calls, and/or texts. She kept us informed of the design process, the personalization timeline, and its arrival. She insured that we had all the necessary documentation for insurance authenticity and coverage. She was just exceptional. We now consider her our personal jewelers! Won't go anywhere else. The pieces that J. David's has are of exceptional quality, and craftsmanship. They are beautiful. Highly Recommend Stephanie and the team of J.David's!

  So in love!

  I obviously was not apart of the initial process but my ring is amazingly crafted! They have been great for all of our other jewelry needs as well. We love J. David!

  Gabriel and Company New York jewelry is exclusively sold at JDavid in Tulsa. I found what I thought I wanted online and contacted online. Between the Gabriel and CO rep and JDavid in Tulsa they found what I wanted and told me when to try it on. Then worked fabulously with my fiance and I.

  J David's has been my one and only jewelry store for about 20 years. I keep going back because of the quality of their pieces, both custom and in stock. The staff has been knowledgeable and helpful when choosing each special piece. If you want a great experience while shopping for something unique, then J David's is your place.

  J. David worked with my fiance and they custom designed the most beautiful ring iv ever seen! I am so happy and so pleased! the staff is so kind and helpful, they re sized my ring for me right away and they will clean it anytime i stop by!

  My now-husband went to J David to pick out a beautiful emerald stone for my engagement ring, and we both worked with mainly with Crystal (also Brianna) to pick out a band for the engagement ring as well as a wedding band for me. Both ladies were so friendly, helpful, and patient as we labored over the many decisions. We are both very pleased with J David and will certainly turn to them first for any future jewelry needs. (It wasn't related to our wedding, but they did a great job custom-making opal necklaces for my husband to give to me, his mom, and sisters for Christmas.)

  I love my custom wedding band. My husband and I decided on alternating pink and white diamonds and it sparkles like crazy. Everytime I went into the store I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello. I feel like they know me. Crystal is awesome, she helped me pick out one and two strand bracelets for the bridesmaids. Definitely ask for her when you are in the store.

  Whether your ring budget is $200 or $20,000 you will be treated like a million dollar customer at J. David. Their quality and choices are way above comparison to mall jewelers, and the major \"local\" jewelry store that has multi-locations all over town. I was SO surprised and delighted with our jewelry-buying experience here, I don\'t ever plan to shop anywhere else in the future. Very educational buying experience where this jeweler allows you to look and compare multiple grade stones simultaneously. They even stated that based on personal preferences lower-grade stones can sometimes be more eye appealing than a higher-grade stones because no two diamonds are alike. I ended up with a wedding ring beyond my wildest dreams to go with my wonderful husband who also falls in that category.

We had no idea because we have never looked for diamonds before! Everything went downhill from there. When we asked to see some of their diamonds, they only had a few available and already in settings, which makes comparisons much more difficult. Their diamonds were overpriced compared to Israel D for the same quality. They tried selling us on the fracture filled diamonds to enhance clarity. We weren’t falling for that because we wanted a natural diamond. When we told them we were thinking of getting the center stone elsewhere, they lacked any kind of service thereafter. When we finally picked up the ring, they let us walk out the door not even explaining when they would send us the appraisal, how to care for, or any follow-through or thanking us for the business. When we went to the competition at Israel D, the staff strongly encouraged us to use a different prong setting for the center stone than what we had designed with J David. The designer at J David never informed us that our insurance would be higher and they would want us to sign a waiver if they placed a diamond in that prong setting because of the risk of the diamond falling out!!! J David is inexperienced, lacked transparency, and only wanted our money. Israel D made up for everything poor J David did.
