Suggestion: If someone else coordinates the photographer for you be sure that you meet w/them prior to the event, they know who are family members to be included in some photos and you can discuss special photos you want to be sure are taken. Make sure they aren't pressed for time by the coordinator otherwise some photos will be missed.
