Krissy and Chad at Ivey Pictures were the best photographer duo for our wedding!! Krissy was an absolute sweetheart throughout the whole process of walking us through their practices and building our wedding timeline. They arrived promptly to take our getting ready pictures, first looks, and formals. They captured our ceremony, guests, reception, and the venue beautifully. They had a great attitude throughout the day and evening, but were great at keeping a strict schedule to fit our timeline for what we wanted. They captured some of the most magical shots that are irreplaceable to our memories. They were also reasonably priced compared to some of the other vendors we were looking into, but the quality was obviously there. After the wedding, they got our pictures back to us quickly which was a pleasant surprise given they have so many to look through! The quality of them were great and we even ordered a wedding album from their gallery. I have already recommended them to friends and strangers and hope you take this review as a definite sign to book them too!

Krissy & Chad are SO genuine, they are amazing at what they do, and they have a blast doing it! Speaking with Krissy for the first time was like I was friends with her previous to our conversation. She was so curious about our story and talked about her family and made me feel so comfortable. I knew her & Chad were the perfect pair to capture all of the important moments of our special day! We received all of our photos within a month of our wedding, which was super exciting! If your goal is to have stunningly beautiful pictures that capture every emotion of your wedding day exquisitely, look no further than Chad and Krissy Weeks! I was deciding between a couple photographers and ultimately settled on Ivey Pictures not only because of their beautiful work, but also because they said flat out that they would be able to accommodate certain shots that I wanted while others did not. Krissy’s eagerness to answer all of my questions in a thoughtful and genuine way was the cherry on top, as she took the time to address all of my concerns, questions and ideas for what we ultimately wanted in our photos. The day before the wedding, she called me again to check up on me, to make sure we knew when she and Chad would arrive, and what to expect for the big day. She even brought a third photographer along to capture the details of our reception hall, when we thought prior that she would not be available!

The day of the wedding, they arrived promptly and were very clear and comforting in poses that they wanted and how to execute them. My husband has a veryyyyy big family and wanted photos with all members and I’ve never seen a photoshoot move so quickly or efficiently thanks to Krissy’s help. As a team, Chrissy and Chad work very well together as they are married themselves so they know each other’s style and which shots to focus on like the back of their hand. When we got our first set of teaser photos back, my husband and I were SPEECHLESS and so happy with how they turned out. The photos are perfectly edited for our taste and we received them very quickly. I would highly recommend Ivey Pictures for their artful work, excellent communication and ability to make us CRY whenever we view our photo set. we just got married last weekend, so we are still waiting on the photos, but Krissy and Chad were both very nice and got the photos we wanted in a good time! We got to see the "rough" versions on the cameras themselves and I cannot wait for the final shots!

I cannot recommend Krissy and Chad at Ivey Pictures enough. We were thrilled with their professionalism and kindness at our wedding. They were such a blast to work with, and they made sure the day was a smooth photography process. We didn't feel like we were having to "pretend" to have fun for our pictures - they really allowed us to act natural and worked to ensure our wedding felt intimate, as opposed to a very formal affair. Where do I begin!? Krissy and Chad are without a doubt the most personable and talented photographers we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I've followed Ivey Picture's website, blog and Facebook page for several years. I knew they would be my number one pick when my special day came. They also did my sister-in-law’s wedding and I loved the candid moments they were able to capture as well as the artistic style they were able to incorporate into their photos. We planned our wedding in a very short amount of time (6 months), so when I found out they were available on our day we booked IMMEDIATELY.
On top of photography, they are two of the most creative individuals I know. They are always up to speed on the newest technology, special camera lens and top notch equipment which make for even a more spectacular finished product. After getting our photos from our wedding I was overwhelmed with excitement. They captured numerous special moments throughout the day and I was able to relive the wedding day over again. I particularly loved that they had locations pre-planned for our formal sessions, as we weren’t sure where to do them in downtown St. Augustine. The locations were perfect and totally suited us. The day of seemed effortless on their part start to finish (although I know it was intense work!). They make it seem so easy and were so easy to work with. I had lots of questions and emails, but they were always quick to assist! On the day of the wedding they helped big time keeping our timeline in order. Things never seemed to skip a beat!
I couldn't be happier with our photos and I am so glad we hired Ivey Pictures. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Krissy and Chad are simply amazing! They came highly recommended by a friend and we soon found out why. They are so creative and unique and it was perfect for what Anthony and I wanted to portray in both our engagement and wedding photos. Krissy and Chad also went above and beyond, really and truly out of their way to give us a chance to create a "first look" session after I was diagnosed with brain cancer and found out I would be losing my hair before our big day. This photography couple gave us more than we could have ever expected! I'm truly grateful to have had them capture all the beautiful moments of our wedding.
