I couldn’t have asked for a better day the staff at Isleta were excellent and they put the reception room together perfectly my husband and I were very impressed and very thankful for how wonderful it all turned out we have been getting compliments from our families of how nice it was and that they had a wonderful time

Cindy and her staff were amazing. We always received quick responses to all our questions, all details were captured as we communicated and the entire experience went as planned. The details, the food, and the communication were exactly what we expected. Our friends and family had so much fun and said it was "the best" wedding they had ever been to. Next year in August we will be getting married, and the staff is absolutely wonderful and work to help us save our wedding date.

Cynthia and her staff were phenomenal they went above and beyond for everything that I wanted! They made everything perfect I couldn’t of asked for anything more then what they gave. She helped with so many things which helped me try to relax and calm down hahaha but bridal stress isn’t no joke but they seriously were the most amazing ever they were the bees knees of awesomeness and would hands down recommend them to anyone.

We had a amazing wedding, I think because isleta provided us with an amazing wedding package that made us confident & took care of the major concerns for wedding day. Shoutout to the reliable hardworking CYNTHIA MARTINEZ our event coordinator (isleta’s), she so is warm, very helpful, honest, professional, easy to communicate with. She’s well experienced and knows what the bride (especially) & wedding needs. I love working with her. As a bride with a HUGE HUGE wedding guest list of over 400 guests— having the wedding done in isleta with great wedding package & perks & having Ms. Cynthia was The Best experience & I may call as an INVESTMENT in your big day! Ms. Cynthia and her team, walks an extra mile & went above and beyond to EXCEED our expectations. Isleta partners with most wedding vendors too that made it easy. We had such great positive feedback with the venue, the food was delicious, event space was great. And the bar was good! Our complimentary rooms/accommodation was great! Also shoutout to the team!! They are very helpful, professional & organize. Majority of our wedding details are custom personalized and working with the professional team was efficient. Oh and the tasting was a great experience— the chef—was amazing! Our custom made cake is the bomb!! It’s The Best!! It’s so pretty & big— complimentary too! Our guests enjoyed the delicious, Hors d'oeuvre that just flowed non stop till our delicious buffet. Our Overall experience was EXCELLENT, highly recommended.

Our family has been beyond pleased with the two weddings we had at Isleta Resort, which Cynthia coordinated. Cynthia and her team were great to work with from the very beginning! She would respond promptly to any questions or requests. She would also remind us of wedding details we may not have ever thought of. Cynthia seamlessly coordinated with our vendors to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams! The banquet staff did an amazing job assisting in setting up the ballroom and taking care of our guests! Numerous guests complimented Isleta’s staff, food, bar, grand ballroom, and overall beauty! The buffet provided our guests several tasty food choices that everyone absolutely loved! The breakfast we requested the day of the wedding was also delicious and convenient. The cake Isleta (Casey) made us was stunning and delicious! It looked even better than the picture we provided her! The staff took great care of us the night of our wedding by providing top notch customer service! Isleta resort has many beautiful scenic options (lakes, spa, resort landscape, etc.) for photographers to capture your special day! The Governor’s Suite makes for the best hotel room for the bridesmaids to get ready and the Jr. Suite for the groomsmen! It was a pleasure doing business with Cynthia and her team. Our wedding couldn't have been any better than it was! Every little detail we had in our minds Cynthia Martinez and the entire staff pulled together and made into reality! It was literally like they looked into our dreams and pulled it out to real life! The food was amazing!! All of our guest couldn't believe how delicious everything was and how much they got!! They thought we spent a fortune! But luckily isleta is soooo much bang for the buck! They handle everything for you! Our cake was TO DIE FOR! That was most people's favorite part I heard compliments all night on how delicious our cake was! That's another thing about isleta that we loved was how much they have to offer! Not only did we eat drink and be marry but they included the cake too and reception space in the package! I couldn't believe how inclusive it all was! No one else compared to them on how inclusive everything was for the price! And we believe in our hearts that no one could've pulled our day off any better than isleta did! Cindy is absolutely wonderful she was so attentive with every email very fast made sure she got every single detail--and she did!!! We didn't have a wedding planner but with her we didn't need one! She was there opening the doors for me the day of when I walked down the aisle! I've never seen anyone so devoted and sooo amazing at their job but she is absolutely the best at it! Our guests had so much fun - I didn't hear one single complaint from anyone! Everything was so positive and everyone thought that the staff did an amazing job! Shout out to the bartender for keeping our peeps happy he was great! Everyone was so supportive and seemed happy to be there celebrating us and our day! It couldn't have gone any better it really couldn't have unless God himself came down and was a guest at our wedding! I just can't thank Cindy and isleta --I wish I could name the whole staff by names because they were all so wonderful--- enough for everything they did to make our day ! Thank you!

Cynthia and the entire staff were so wonderful! Anytime I had a question about our wedding reception (and there were many) it was answered quickly which was a HUGE help! I am so glad we had our reception at Isleta! Our guests can't stop raving over how much fun and beautiful our wedding reception was!!

Cindy Martinez, Catering Sales Manager at the Isleta Resort & Casino, was amazing to work with. She was very attentive to all of my needs. I was always sending her emails and she was always very helpful and delightful. She helped make our wedding day extra special. The food and venue were amazing!! It was the BEST wedding I have EVER been to, but of course I am biased. Thank you to Cindy and her staff for doing a wonderful job!!
