My fiancée knew she wanted to reset the marquise diamond from her mother's engagement ring in an east west vintage-inspired setting. I wanted to explore a halo setting around the diamond. Less than ten minutes into our appointment, Suzanne and Ranyah had helped us find a setting that perfectly fit our criteria. They also showed us how their in-house team would custom create a halo setting around the diamond.

They were professional, prompt, creative, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful every step of the ring design process.

Seeing the engagement ring in person exceeded all of our expectations. It looked even more amazing than the CAD they had emailed us. They also had printed an image of what a custom matching wedding band would look like with the ring.

We feel lucky to have found such a "gem" of a place for the engagement ring. We are thrilled we'll be able to purchase our wedding bands there, too.

After she adored the diamond engagement ring it was very hard to define her beauty. She resembled as a smoldering diva. The founding stone of our lifelong relationship was kept on a small but valuable precious stone.

The perception of high price tag was preventing me to visit jewelry store. Diamond has been stereotyped as status symbol. Inter-Continent Jewelers endows with customized designs. Affordable price tag encouraged us to place final orders. We continue to cherish our engagement ceremony, really it was a memorable day.

My fiance and I went here to buy my ring since we had a particular design in mind. We tried to come up with that design based on a ring they had in stock. We specified what we wanted and they told us they would draw up a design and email us. After a few week of back and forth we were still unsatisfied with the design they had. So my fiance and I went back to them so we could talk to them in person. While we were there they showed us a ring that was perfect for what we wanted but it needed to be customized to fit our diamond size.

Intercontinental customized their design for a very reasonable price and we waited for the ring. I rated them low on responsiveness because they would quote us a time frame of 4 days that they would send us designs and we would wait 5-6 days and email them asking them for our design. Once we emailed them they would respond, but it seemed unprofessional that we had to keep them on top of their time commitment. If the timeline needed to be extended I would have appreciated an email or call and would have been fine with it.

However the ring was worth the wait and I love it! As another note, make sure you get your ring appraised afterwards. The diamond that was promised to us was not the one we received. It was approximately the same but it was through a different lab and it was a different quality. I didn't pick the fight because in the end I got a slightly better quality diamond than I had originally anticipated.

The ladies are nice and helpful in person. I would recommend this vendor because of their ability to create a personal design, their friendliness, and an overall good experience. just make sure you get your diamond checked and stay on top of them communication wise.

Got my engagement ring and wedding bands from Intercontinental Jewelers. Have to say it's the best bang for your buck. Couldn't find a better price for the quality of jewelry we purchased. Only thing is on weekends they are only open for a limited amount of hours and you have to make an appt.
