Amanda from In Focus Portraits was absolutely amazing! My wedding was on a Thursday night and she gave me all the attention, focus, and professionalism that I needed for my special day. She got to the venue over an hour early to take practice shots of everything so she knew what light needed what lens. She almost had no redoes because she knew exactly what needed what and where. Next to her professionalism as a photographer, she was one of the sweetest and most organized parts of my big day. She knew when to be patient and when to take charge. When I wanted something she was already getting ready to do it. Amanda was brilliant, thoughtful, talented and a treasure to work with. What I loved most about her though was how she took care of me. Amanda was able to read me like a book. She knows exactly what needs to be done, but she isn't pushy about it. During cocktail hour when the bride and groom and family take pictures, she knew what needed to be done then and there, but she was also flexible about waiting to do other pictures if we got too stressed. The best thing was that I literally did not have to tell her a thing. She knew what I wanted right before it came out of my mouth. Not only does she take great photos, she takes some hilarious ones, as well. She even coordinated her outfit to match the colors of my wedding! I could not have asked for a better person to photograph me (and keep me from getting too stressed) on my wedding day! Absolutely, 100 percent-ly recommend her!
