GORGEOUS LIGHTING!!!! I selected pin spot lighting for my centerpieces and cake and a full pattern wash for the walls. It was soooooo incredibly gorgeous. Jesse at Impact was very helpful during the planning process, he even drove out to Hillsborough for a site inspection. On my wedding day everything ran smoothly. The technicians were experienced and very professional.

We contracted with Impact Lighting through Hartmann Studios - and while I can't say what it was like to deal with them on a business level (Hartmann and our wedding coordinator handled that part), I can say that they made our reception absolutely breathtaking. They transformed a bleak and barren warehouse into a glowing and stunning space. We are still getting comments about how beautiful the space was. Even our wedding coordinator said it was one of the best lighting jobs she has ever seen.

My first impression of this company or Jesse (he was my point of contact) was awesome. They had great prices and were initially responsive to my phonecalls. For example, when Jesse was going to be late for our first meeting, he called and told me he would be late. I thought the pricing for the uplights were very reasonable but the delivery/pick-up charge was too much, $150 for 40 miles, and that's not including set up.

Two weeks before the wedding I was trying to confirm the delivery for the uplights, and I was promised that Jesse would call me back later that day, but he didn't. I called the following day and got an apolgy and that Jesse will contact me later. Another rep who had no idea what my contract with Jesse entailed called me back and boy did she have a lot of attitude - really unprofessional. I didn't need that with just over a week before my wedding.

Anyways, Jesse eventually called me back 5 days later from my initial call, apologized and then confirmed everything. On the day of the wedding, the uplights added a nice touch to the ambiance of the ballroom and I was happy. But still, I wish Jesse would have been more responsive.
