So those of you who are looking for a florist, event planner, coordinator, Bianca is a one stop shop. Personally I used her as just a florist due to what my venue provided BUT I will say my flowers came out so beautiful that I now want to preserve them, the colors and everything popped to exactly my description! During the process she ask for your budget, gives you a breakdown of cost and then you can adjust or add based on your needs, and then she will have constant communication and zoom meetings and then before the wedding she does a full mock up of your design and layout at the venue. The day went soo smooth like if there was a problem well I did not know about it because who wants to stress a bride out so I couldnt tell you if any hiccups happened. Bianca brought her team with the flowers and then came back for the pick up as I used tall stands and then added these adorable white bowls to my flowers so that all my guest could take fresh flowers home. My budget was 7k and bianca stayed at that budget taking into drop off, pick up, taxs on fresh flowers, using fresh flowers but she has options for silk as well if trying to cut cost. My venue required vendors to sign release forms and bianca handled all that for me. To top it all off she is a sweetheart and just gives you that relaxed, non worry vibe. I wanted to do peonies for my wedding but the color I wanted was not in season so she found other options which we discussed and they were beautiful! My wedding went flawless and great vendors such as bianca make your day 100% less stressful! Only thing I was worried about was not crying and making sure my smile wasnt funny haha. Highly recommend!! The price is worth it and let me tell you my venue was already gorgeous and didnt even need flowers but I loved having the vibrant colors and the look and it was awesome!

I’ve always been in awe of the quality, elegance, and festive energy that Bianca Javier Events brings to every design, so I was beyond excited to work with her and her team for my sister’s 30th birthday. We went with an elevated Hawaiian luau theme, and Bianca was incredibly thoughtful and collaborative in helping me land on the perfect color scheme, aesthetic, and vibe.

We decided on a neutral palette with subtle pops of Hawaiian color—and it turned out beautifully. The balloon arch was absolutely perfect, and the custom backdrop added such a nice touch to the setup. I especially loved the silk florals and balloon details on the welcome sign—it all came together so naturally and tastefully. One of the most memorable elements was the Filipino sari-sari store we rented, which blended seamlessly with the theme and added a fun, cultural twist. The team even let us keep the custom sign, which made for such a special keepsake.

Bianca Javier brought our wedding dream to life! Her and her team were very thoughtful and Bianca can create any vision and bring it to reality. Our theme was “Sunset” so we had a lot of color such as purple, pink, and oranges and she was able to make it so beautiful and vibrant, even down to our bouquets and boutonnières! Our guests couldn’t stop taking photos of all the flower arrangements, especially with our flower arch. She was on time to decorate (even a little early to make sure she and her team were in the right location) and always responsive to our needs and questions.
