Effortless Destination Wedding with BJE!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Bianca Javier Events for my daughter’s destination wedding, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Planning a wedding at a venue sight unseen could have been overwhelming, but Bianca made the process seamless from start to finish. She was truly indispensable—coordinating and confirming every vendor, keeping us organized, and ensuring no detail was overlooked.
Beyond logistics, Bianca has an incredible eye for design. She helped us create a thoughtful and cohesive event concept that reflected my daughter’s vision perfectly. The end result was a stunning, memorable celebration that exceeded our expectations.

Bianca brought the vision to life!
I’ve always been in awe of the quality, elegance, and festive energy that Bianca Javier Events brings to every design, so I was beyond excited to work with her and her team for my sister’s 30th birthday. We went with an elevated Hawaiian luau theme, and Bianca was incredibly thoughtful and collaborative in helping me land on the perfect color scheme, aesthetic, and vibe.
We decided on a neutral palette with subtle pops of Hawaiian color—and it turned out beautifully. The balloon arch was absolutely perfect, and the custom backdrop added such a nice touch to the setup. I especially loved the silk florals and balloon details on the welcome sign—it all came together so naturally and tastefully. One of the most memorable elements was the Filipino sari-sari store we rented, which blended seamlessly with the theme and added a fun, cultural twist. The team even let us keep the custom sign, which made for such a special keepsake.

There are truly no words that can fully capture how grateful I am for Bianca and her Team, and everything she did for our wedding. I found her on The Knot during a time when I had no plan, no theme, not even a clear vision—just a date and a quiet hope that I’d find someone who could help me bring a dream to life I couldn’t even describe. From the very first conversation, she made me feel seen, heard, and completely supported.
She didn’t just help me decorate—she walked beside me, gently guiding me every step of the way. She listened with such care, offered suggestions with such grace, and treated our wedding as if it were her own. Her attention to detail is something I’ll never forget. Every idea she shared felt thoughtful and intentional. She never pushed—only inspired. And somehow, through every meeting and message, she understood the heart of what I wanted—even when I couldn’t say it out loud.
And then came the day of the wedding. I’ll never forget the moment I walked into the venue for the first look at the setup. I was completely amazed and stunned. It was beyond anything I imagined—so thoughtfully put together, so beautiful in every way. Every flower, every candle, every piece felt perfectly placed. All areas of our wedding looked like a dream—elegant, romantic, and full of warmth. I remember just standing in the middle of our reception area, taking it all in, completely in awe of how everything came together. It wasn’t just beautiful—it was more than I ever hoped for.
Bianca didn’t just make our wedding beautiful. She made it unforgettable. She poured her heart into our day, and we felt it in every corner of that space.
As for feedback—there is absolutely nothing I would change. She gave us more than we ever hoped for. If you’re even slightly considering working with her, please—don’t hesitate. Trust her. She will take your dreams, your doubts, your scattered thoughts—and turn them into something magical. She gave us a memory that will live in our hearts forever. Book Launch Party
Bianca was AMAZING! She immediately understood the vision for my book launch party and then created an event space that was well beyond my wildest dreams! On the day of the event, she and her team worked tirelessly to set up, and not only did they set up what I'd hired them to do, but made certain the entire space came together. She even helped organize the DJ and photo booth. Bianca also created a jaw-dropping backdrop that was beyond unbelievable.
Bianca is top-notch in service, professionalism, communication, and most importantly: execution. I loved that she was excited about my event, had fantastic ideas, and through the whole planning process and never once made me feel like just another customer. Then, she 100% delivered.

My experience with Bianca was great. Although we did not end up hiring her my review is solely on he great customer service. We would highly consider her for any future events we may have. She was easy to work with and she was willing to give us the best options and provided great tips and suggestions. She has.a great design eye and I'm sure her team is very skilled, based on her examples and photos. She responds in a timely manner and doesn't push you which I appreciate. I don't even know where to start. I am still so overwhelmed by the beauty and talent that Bianca and her team brought to our celebration. Bianca took all our inspiration photos and made all our dreams come true.
People who have worked at our event site for over 30 years were pulling us aside saying this was the most beautiful they'd ever seen the space in all their time working there. Our guests' jaws all dropped as they came into the space.
Bianca is not only creative and incredibly easy to communicate with, but she is also a totally calming force. She was never fazed by my neurotic nature or the millions of questions and worries I had as I navigated how to plan an event this size.

Bianca is the BEST!
Bianca is just WOW!! She brought our simple, but classy draping vision to life at our wedding. It was designed perfectly. Lots of guests told me how elegant it was. It made us feel extra special to have our table decorated.
Working with Bianca from start to finish was a complete pleasure. She kept me informed the whole time and even though we have not met I feel like I know her!
