Dominic shot my wedding, and he was absolutely fabulous. He got all the traditional photos you need to get at a wedding of course, but he also took creative photos throughout the entire day. So we got lots of beautiful photos of the scenery at our venue, flower arrangements, table settings, lights, our rings, the cake, etc. He took photos of me with my bridesmaids getting ready and my husband getting ready with his groomsmen -- both candid shots and beautifully arranged ones. Lots of photos of the ceremony itself. Casual photos of our guests. More stunning photos of me and my husband after the ceremony ended. And then a whole slew of casual dinner and dancing photos of everyone having fun. He gave us about 1000 photos when all was said and done, with a perfect balance of all the different styles.

He also shot our engagement photos. We spent a few hours driving around Santa Cruz taking photos in all sorts of beautiful locations. He has a great eye for finding interesting backgrounds to make his photos really stunning.

When deciding which photos to put up on our walls, the problem was not finding good ones, it was narrowing down the huge number of good ones so our home isn't completely wallpapered in wedding/engagement photos.

Since then Dominic has shot family photos for us several times, and the quality is always top-notch.

Dominic was such a great photographer and videographer for our wedding. He took his time to understand our traditions, and both sides families. Dom also incorporated our asks to the videos and photos. We were so happy with him from our engagement pictures to weddings. We asked him to do a maternity shoot for us.

A wedding can be a stressful event, which is why we are so glad we had Dominic from imanstudios as our photographer. We first met Dominic at our engagement shoot. We had already gone through one photographer, so we were nervous. But he very quickly set us at ease. He listened when we asked for specific shots, posed us when we wanted help, and had great ideas and suggestions for additional poses/shots. On the day of our wedding, he handled our bilingual, very large family, entourage, and guests with ease. He got all the family members in the photos, standing and posing and smiling. He switched easily from Cantonese to English and back again to get everyone looking great in the photos.

We loved his work so much that we have continued to use Dominic as our photographer for our family photos in the time following our wedding and we will continue to do so forever.
