Rocky allows the couple to express themselves creatively during the shoot. He offers an excellent value for the services he provides. He is very professional and easy to get along with. Also, we were very impressed with his attire for our wedding. We thought he would be in slacks and a nice shirt, but he came in a very nice suit and tie and looked very professional. We really appreciated that. The only downside is the lack of communication. We would have given him a 5.0 rating, however he does not respond to emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. Our wedding was April 30, 2010 and we have yet to hear about the progress of our photos even though we have emailed and left voicemails. If this photographer works on his responsiveness and communication, he would get a 5-star rating because everything else was fine.

I hired Images by Rocky Banks in April. I found him through Wedding Wire website because he responded to my bid. He took my engagement photos and wedding photos. I paid him in full, and now he won't give me my photos. He's not returning my calls.
