IM Events helped us plan our dream wedding in a mere 4 months!! I knew absolutely nothing about wedding planning prior to our wedding at The Pelican Hill 9/5/16, so I really needed a lot of help. I'm also a perfectionistic, so I am rather picky haha. I-Jou and Maylin were super professional, friendly, and caring. They made everything really easy on us, catering to all our wishes. I highly recommend IM Events! Even if you don't think you need a planner, it seriously makes things so much easier on you, totally worth it. I-Jou helped us score a great venue and deal too!! (usually super expensive and hard to book). She guided me on what I needed to do to stay on schedule. My dress, cake, favors, invites, etc. Great referrals, advice, and always super willing to help (even with making invites/menus, wedding dress shopping, meeting with vendors, etc.). Responses were super fast and I was able to meet up in person many times before the wedding. Day of the wedding, I-Jou and Maylin made sure everything was running smoothly and ontime, and that everyone knew what to do. I didn't have to worry about anything myself (besides not tripping on my dress)... :) We got to sit down & eat the entire 3-course meal with cake too without feeling flustered at all. If you want to actually enjoy your big day, go find I-Jou & Maylin!! Everyone complimented us on how beautiful our wedding was, I could not be happier!! Thanks IM Events!!

Our wedding was the single best event of our lives thus far and after all of the hard work put in by our wedding planner we were so proud to share it with our family and friends. We owe it all to I-Jou and Maylin at IM Events & Design.

The first time we met with I-Jou and Maylin to discuss my wedding, I was instantly sold on their abilities. They both strike the perfect balance of professionalism and being personable. These ladies are fun! At that point I was just getting started and the idea of how much had to get done was overwhelming but the duos enthusiasm put me at ease. Their personalities really shoed through and hearing them talk about how they work, their process, mad me confident that I could trust them with such an important day.

My fiancé and I had very strong ideas of what we wanted in our wedding and I-Jou and Maylin were very receptive to all of it but with all of their experience they were able to bring so much more to the table that we had not considered or were even aware of.

Communication during the planning process was terrific. My fiancé and I have really weird crazy schedules and they never seemed bothered or annoyed. From walking the venue to discussing table setting, after each of our meetings I left feeling great because of the progress we made. I-Jou is meticulous in taking notes and created a detailed timeline which became the backbone to the entire event. She helped us to visualize step by step the order of events and how they would transition smoothly. If you want to pull off the wedding of your dreams then you need to work with the best; don’t skimp. I-Jou’s attention to detail and Maylin’s design sensibilities were an asset in the planning of our wedding.

It was well planned from beginning to the end, facing Taipei 101 Taiwan. The floor was decorated a path way ending with an heart shape using candles, very romantic. My wife, fiance back then, wasnt even expected, caught on very surprise. Thanks so much for your help!
