History

This family-owned-and-operated company was founded in 1989 by Gaetano Gavino and his wife Sally, who started their menu with a red seafood chowder. Thanks to the delicious fare on offer, the company grew in popularity until they regularly had queues of customers waiting to sample the cuisine. Their son, David, carries on the tradition of the business today, expanding the property over several years while retaining the same values and high quality that his parents laid down.
