With space for up to 250 guests, the hall offers a stunning ceremony lawn overlooking a sparkling 2.2-acre lagoon, spacious patios perfect for cocktail hours, and an elegant dance floor where memories are made. Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas is situated on 300 gorgeous acres in the Texas Hill Country, just 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio. Facilities and Capacity
Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas contains three ballrooms; the Independence, Hill Country and Fredericksburg Ballrooms, each with illuminated tray ceilings, detailed light fixtures and large open space that can be divided for smaller gatherings. The Kerrville Private Dining Room features the country touch of an antler chandelier over the main table.

Outdoors, the Independence Lawn provides a grand and wide-open space for ceremonies or receptions, and the adjacent Windmill Plaza offers a smaller courtyard space with a white stone fireplace as the backdrop. Courtyard Deck is set amongst twirling oak trees strung with twinkling lights and Henry’s Hollow offers a unique setting surrounded by oak trees, with our golf course as the backdrop. Luckenbach Pavilion provides a charming, covered outdoor option with a fireplace and recessed lighting, and RW Pavilion is an indoor venue with an outdoor feel.
