Sam was a huge help in making our wedding day perfect. He listens to exactly what you want and was very helpful and prompt.

House of Flowers provided the flowers for my wedding. The arrangements came out absolutely beautiful! My bridal bouquet was exactly what I envisioned for my wedding! Carol did a fantastic job!

An A+ rating and as a person that knows a lot about decoration this place really does a bang up job about meeting customer needs. Great value for your money, Carol is simply THE BEST!! She works with what she has and provides you with a package for your budget.

My family has been going to House of Flowers for years and when I was planing my wedding it was not even a question of who I would use for my flowers and centerpieces. Everything came out beautifully. We wroked with Carol and she was extremely helpful in putting everything together on my budget. My bridesmaids bouquets were very vibrant and coordinated beautifully with their dresses. My bouquet was also just as gorgeous! I am so glad that I went with Marie, Carol & the entire House of Flowers team- it really was wonderful not having to worry about what I was getting and if the quality would be there!

Carol at House of Flowers did a breathtaking job on our flowers. Since I'm not very traditional, I wanted pomanders for my bridesmaids to carry instead of bouquets. They came out beautiful. My bouquest was white lilies with blue orchids and by far one of the most beutiful things I have ever seen. Carol was patient and easy to work with. They were also the cheapest of all the florists we met with. Thank you House of Flowers for your amazing work!

We regret using House of Flowers. Upon filling out our contract we asked that bridesmaids flowers and my bouquet be sent to the hotel I was staying at and the rest of the flowers be delivered to the church where the groomsmen were meeting at 2 pm. The contract clearly stated the start time of our ceremony (3pm) and the delivery time (1pm). The flowers did not arrive until after 3pm. I was told the driver was not their responsibility, I was told they never deliver to two places (if this is true that should have been mentioned when we were writing the contract and they should not have agreed to deliver to church and hotel), and I was told that he arrived at 2:56 (as if that would be ok for a 3pm ceremony).
They said they were going to make it right but instead shifted the blame and never even apologized or took fault. All the groom, groomsmen, and parents of the groom pictures before the ceremony do not have boutonnieres or flowers. Our ceremony started 1/2 hour late because we were waiting. By the time our ceremony ended it was too dark to take pictures outside.

In addition, my bouquet was pretty but more than half were artificial flowers. The groomsmen's boutonnieres would not stay on because pins were too short and 2 fell apart completely before the ceremony was over. Thankfully I had resourceful bridesmaids that pulled a rose out of their own bouquets and somehow pinned it on to finish the ceremony and for the rest of the pictures.

Also, they had said they were going to label all the flowers. When the flowers finally arrived at the church there was confusion as to who they belonged to. They claimed they never label flowers yet the flowers delivered to the hotel were clearly labeled.

I'm not sure what happened that day and I have not gotten any kind of answer from House of FLowers let alone an apology.
