The cake was beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. It was delivered to the venue on time. And to top it all off, they made it egg-less to accommodate the vegans in my family.

This was at least 4 th time that the bread I bought from hot breads came with fungus . I have been buying from hot breads for several years now.
I have been ignoring and discarding the breads, cakes with any such issues.
Only this time I decided to show the picture of bread to owner there. What I got there was arguments from owner that I would have opened bread after 3-4 days which is not true, it came with fungus from store. There were no expectations on refund but how The customer (for years ) is treated is much more important than money.
