This company was extremely easy to work with! They allow you to sample foods at no cost. Everyone at our wedding was talking about how great the food was (we had brisket and breast of chicken saltimbocca as the entrees. Sides were amazing too! Did not have to worry about a thing! They set it up and clean it up as well as provide staff for the event! Couldn't have chosen a better caterer!

The food was excellent and there was plenty to go around. I really appreciated having such a variety of sides and entrees at such a low price! Thanks!

The food was amazing! My only complaint is that they wouldn't let me do two entrées my guests could choose from. I used them for my rehearsal and my wedding doing a buffet and a plated dinner. Both were fabulous.

We had brisket and chicken parmigiana as our meats for the buffet at our wedding, it was delicious! Everyone raved about the food and the appetizers! Couldn't get enough if the spinach con queso dip !
