Dexter and his brother Drake provided authentic BBQ flavor and food with a chic wedding design. Traditional items like kabob's were given a twist with a Thai Chicken flavor that was smoked on a BBQ grill. Even the spinach salad and Mac & Cheese were upscale and a huge hit at my wedding. At my rehearsal dinner they provided us with a stuffed meatloaf, brisket and smoked turkey. The best addition to this wonderful menu was the buttermilk pies. His team went above and beyond in making sure everyone had great food. This company did an amazing job at keeping me informed during the entire planning process. They even pitched in with other areas when needed the day of. Excellent food, outstanding customer service, and really great price! My wedding feed 240 guest at the reception and 75 guest at the rehearsal.
