Having Holtman's donuts at our wedding was by far the best decision we made!!! They were SUCH a hit! Everyone loved them! Holtman's is so special to my husband and I, as we spend a lot of time in OTR, and to share a piece of that with family and friends was so much fun! Katie was so great to work with and they did a phenomenal job! The donuts were so fresh and delicious!

First of all, they're not a "traditional" wedding bakery, as they are a donut shop, but we decided to go with a donut display with a small cake on top instead of wedding cake. Best decision ever. So, for the donuts themselves, I'd give them a 5. They were delicious and such a huge hit with all of our guests. The only reason I docked them points is because their events manager was incredibly difficult to get a response from. I almost gave up halfway through the process, but we wanted these donuts! I should mention that they do actually do weddings, but were booked for that full service on our wedding weekend, so we just went ahead and placed a large order which our caterer set up. Perhaps she's more responsive when coordinating the full event, but I really have no idea. My experience was that there was usually a week lag between emails and typically i had to call and leave a voicemail before hearing back. The staff at the shot itself seemed very on top of things and did make me feel better about the fact that our order would show up on time (which it did). All in all, great donuts, just more stressful than it should have been.
