My venue had a specific list of vendors to choose from for catering. After looking into all of the options, I ultimately chose Hollyberry because they had by far the best customer service amd truly worked with me to make the best food decisions for the reception I invisioned. Many of yhe caterers rushed us and just sent us a set menu and contract after one conversation. We felt like most caterers didnt have time to really care about showing us what their presentations would look like or simply providing the details we needed to make sure everything would be covered. Hollyberry was the opposite - we worked one on one with a planner who helped us choose out menu and they left no stone unturned when it came to plates, napkins, even water caraffes, which many vendors didnt cover in their bids! Absolutely would recommend if you want a stress free experience and amazing food!

Hollyberry Catering was absolutely wonderful for our wedding. They worked with us to create a menu of appetizers, dinner, and desserts that not only fit our tastes, but also the dietary restrictions of our guests. And let me tell you, it was delicious! Our guests raved about the food. The service was also so, so wonderful. Polite, quick, clean, friendly. I would highly recommend them!!!

We had a great experience with Hollyberry Catering. We got so many compliments on how delicious the food tasted! They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Their pricing was affordable, and the quality of food was fantastic. I appreciated how upfront they were with their pricing; everything was stated very clearly in the contract and we weren't surprised by any hidden fees. They were patient with us when we made changes to our menu, provided great ideas to make our dreams a reality, and had truly unique and delicious food options. The catering staff during our wedding were extremely friendly to us and all of our guests, and made sure all the food/drink aspects of our wedding ran on time. Highly recommend!

For my forth of July weekend wedding I didn't want traditional "steak or chicken" plated dinner for our reception. I was looking for what I called "upscale barbecue". Just when I thought such a thing didn't exist, Marti from Holly Berry saved the day and pitched us a menu that was truly delicious, inventive, and not your typical wedding food. Leading up to the day Marti was fantastic to work with, and even helped us do a s'mores bar, something they had never done indoors before! She also took into account my complete hatred for cilantro and they removed it from one of our recipes! Amazing service. During the wedding people were constantly coming up to me, my husband and my parents saying the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding, and many even got up to get seconds! Holly Berry truly exceeded my expectations and saved the day early on when I thought I was doomed to serve a typical wedding buffet. I can't thank them enough and I would recommend Holly Berry Catering to everyone for any event.

Hollyberry was great. We were so excited about the idea of lots of appetizers for our guests, instead of the traditional menu. It was a hit. The antipasti bites were amazing. I could have died afte reating those and been happy. They also offer bars or stations for things. We got a gooey butter cake bar. We received SO MANY compliments on our food, and I am very glad we picked them.

We had inquired about a smaller, local brewery at the tasting instead of Budweiser, and they told us it would probably be a little extra, so we figured we wouldn't bother (there was plenty of other alcohol). To our surprise, there was our choice brewer at the reception!

I would absolutely recommend Hollyberry to anyone, and I would choose them again if needed. They also serve a mean lunch.

When looking for a caterer, we wanted two things: reasonable prices and non-traditional service, aka NO seated, formal dinner! With Hollyberry we got everything we were looking for. Nicole and Lindsey were great! Not only did they answer my million emails and questions, but they did it very promptly. They were VERY accommodating with our ideas and provided us with EXACTLY the reception meal we were looking for: lots of small plates, appetizers, and heavy hors d'oeuvres all night long. It was great! Not only that, but the food was sooooo good! We had a tasting beforehand and were very happy with everything. Everyone at the reception enjoyed the food as well! And to top it off, I didn't feel ripped off with prices and we even had TONS of leftovers that they boxed up for us to take home! All around great service!

HollyBerry was wonderful to work with. They helped us stay within our budget, which was a challenge. We had a heavy hor dourves reception instead of a seated dinner. I think our guests really loved it and HB made it possible! The food was excellent, enough said! Our guests enjoyed it very much and we were very pleased with the way they planned the amount of food provided. We had food left over and I was certain we would eat it all. Communication with HollyBerry was also excellent, which was very important to me as a busy bride-to-be. They were easy to get in touch with and always returned calls and e-mails in a timely manner. Overall we loved the service and product we received from HollyBerry and were very pleased with the value. We would use them again and recommend them to any bride-to-be!

Very helpful in navigating quite a few dietary restrictions with buffet style and got a lot of comments. We did their dessert bar too which was great instead of traditional cake. Everything was great and very fun! Very good for the non-traditional couple!

Hollyberry provided the catering for our reception at Third Degree Glass Factory and they were a wonderful choice. Initially, when we started looking at our catering needs, we solicited quotes from several companies. Most catering companies weren’t able to deliver all of our wants in our budget, but Hollyberry offered flexibility and competitive pricing to meet our needs. We ultimately decided on Hollyberry based on several factors: they were honest and upfront about their pricing and it was affordable, they offered a fun and innovative menu, and their dishes were able to accommodate multiple dietary needs. It turned out to be a great decision!

Once we partnered with Hollyberry, they worked with us to construct our ideal menu including a variety of appetizers, plated entrees, desserts, and late-night snacks. We felt supported throughout the process and having the ability to taste our menu beforehand offered us welcome insights and influenced how our menu was constructed. We ended up working with Nickie who was a wonderful partner. She was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience! The couple of weeks leading up to the wedding, Nickie was flexible in accommodating changes to our guest count and was able to take design ideas from us and run with them to create a cohesive vision for the evening.

One thing to note: we signed a contract with Hollyberry nearly a year prior to our event and built our contract and menu with one coordinator, but were ultimately reassigned to Nickie. Nickie was so excited to take on our event, but we wished Hollyberry would have shared with her more details and decisions made previously revolving around our event. She wasn’t given our updated contract so we had to sync up many of the details we had confirmed 4 months prior. At the end of the day, we were very much on the same page and wouldn’t expect this to be a common occurrence.

The night of our 140-person reception, Hollyberry was on it! Their waitstaff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the experience at our venue was seamless. Nickie was very much in the moment and made sure to call out guests where there were dietary needs—we never had concerns about folks getting the wrong meal or accidently getting served something that could have caused a health issue. As far as the food goes—DELICIOUS! Particular highlights include the bacon wrapped dates (passed hors d’oeuvre), toasted cannelloni bites and buffalo chicken dippers (late night snack), and the fudgy flourless mini cake bites (gluten free dessert). We ended up selecting stuffed acorn squash (vegan friendly), mozzarella stuffed chicken, and beef tenderloin as the entrees, all of which were excellent, but particularly the beef, with many guests of ours commenting on how great the food was!

In all, our experience with Hollyberry was great. They were able to build out an appetizing menu that adhered to our goals, arranged a cohesive vision for the food that enhanced the experience, estimated the perfect amount of food needed for our guest count and delivered a wonderful evening! We would absolutely recommend Hollyberry Catering!
