Holland Rent-All was the vendor who had the most experience with our venue. They were so kind, professional, and helpful throughout our whole experience, and they are extremely inexpensive but great quality!

For our wedding we choose Holland Rental for some of most special pieces including a wicker arbor and hanging lights. Every time we went into the shop, the team was helpful and polite. We even removed and added items up to a few days ahead of the event without any issues (availability of course was key). Some of their other equipment was more pricey that other vendors but these items were special and could not be found by others. They were extremely convenient to collect the items and return. We have used them previously for tool rentals and were pleased with their event rental items. All items were good quality and functioned perfectly!

My husband and I researched several rental companies in the RTP area for our fall 2015 outdoor wedding. I left it up to him to choose who we'd ultimately land with and he selected Holland. I wasn't too convinced at first because they are first known more for their commercial/contractor equipment and then party rental, so the set-up was not glamourous as some of these more luxury locations are, but it panned out nicely for our evening-party style reception and was certainly functional. We ordered a few rounds of different sizes, folding white resin chairs, a couple high top tables, glassware and a tent w/siding. It was great to work with Bill specifically. Of all the occurrences we had with them, I only had one interaction that was counter my entire experience, but it wasn't Bill that I was speaking to when I called to ask a question about 2 weeks out from our wedding about a possible change. Nonetheless, we had a good experience with them and all the equipment arrived in enough time for proper setup. They had good communication with our point catering person and were able to make the necessary adjustments that catered to our menu and needs. Thank you Holland and Bill for helping make our day special.

We went to Holland rental months before the wedding and talked with Bill who I think is the owner. He was very easy to work with and very nice. At first I thought that it was going to be a easy thing. Our account ended up handled by Alex, who was nice and easy to work with as well.

We had an hour to set up the day before the wedding so things were very hectic. We rented 150 chairs, pipe and draping, a few table cloths, some skirting, and candelabras. When we got to setting everything up we realized there was red clay mud on about 60% of the chairs. The remainder of the chairs were also dirty and scuffed up. The chairs were $3 a piece so with 150 of them it was not cheap. We had to wipe down every single one of them. Then when we went to set up our pipe and draping there were not enough draped included. We called Holland rental and they had a guy bring us the drapes. He offered to wipe down the chairs, but we had already done it. My fiance, myself, and my mother in law called and complained. The pipe and draping took a while to put up so it messed up our timing.

They did resolve it with us by not charging us labor for pickup and no late fees on the skirting that got put in my car on accident. I do feel like they made up for the incident, but the stress that was caused the day before was crazy. I had everything organized and ready and that really put a damper on the rehearsal. My friends and family really stepped in, but it was very stressful.
