Diane King (head of catering and events) was extremely helpful and attentive to any of my needs and requests. She allowed me to come in and view both receptions halls available for rent both set up for receptions. Each had had a different set of catering equipment of which I had my choice. We could also discussed the layout of the hall I chose figured out what set up would work best for my reception. With their services they provided the hall, catering (chins and flat wear included),table cloths and center pieces for each table, and flowers. If they did not have your color they Diane will go out and buy it. They also find out what kind of flower you are using for your wedding and decorate the hall with it. If there is trouble finding the flower then she decorates with the next best flower that is available and closest to what you want. If you have party favors for your guests, you just drop them off and they will lay them out on the tables for you. They also set up any photographs or displays you would like set up for you guests at the receptions. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn catering service for your reception. If you are not satisfied for whatever they will do what ever it takes to make you happy. They provide a complimentary room and bottle or champagne with your room rental. Really what more could you ask for?
