We chose to do a tasting with Hoffman's based purely off of a friend telling us that she gets breakfast there all the time, but as soon as we did the tasting, we were sold! Everyone we worked with was so kind and helpful. We went with two tiers of their princess torte and a few dozen cupcakes for the rest of the guests. Cupcakes were delicious, of course, but the real crowning jewel was the princess cake. The marzipan, the raspberry jam, the Bavarian cream, it was perfect! My favorite part about all of it is that Hoffman's is a bakery that we can continue going to and anytime we want to relive that moment, of eating a slice of cake at our wedding, we can just walk in and buy a slice of the princess torte! Highly recommend!!

We got several different smaller cakes for our wedding and they let us build our own with a wide variety of options. All of the cakes were delicious and our guests loved them!

I have been a huge fan of Hoffman's for years - all their baked goods are amazing. All my birthday cakes are purchased from Hoffman's. They were so good that I had them make my wedding cake. We got a princess torte and everyone loved it. The whole process was great.

We started with a cake tasting. It was super professional - an employee sat us down with all sorts of different types of cakes, frostings, and fillings and let us mix and match until we found our perfect flavor combination.

Then came the styling. They had a large catalogue of cakes for us to draw inspiration from. Anything you could have wanted, they had an example of. I was very impressed with the range of cakes they were able to design. In the end, we decided to go with a very clean and modern design that looked wonderful!

We also love Hoffman's so much that we decided to get our party favors there too. I am from Texas and my husband is from Michigan. We got cookie cutters the shape of our home states and they baked sugar cookies that were in our wedding colors. Everyone also commented on how delicious this simple cookie was. It was a perfectly balanced between sugary & buttery flavored goodness!

Our cake from Hoffman's was absolutely delicious. We chose two different yet complimentary flavored tiers and had some specific ideas about decoration that they were happy to accommodate. The fact that they offer an anniversary cake as a part of their cake baking package was a wonderful bonus.

Hoffman's was the first stop on our cake-tasting tour, and should have been the last. We ordered the Princess Torte, which was universally loved at our wedding. We absolutely cannot wait for our free cake on our one-year anniversary.

Hoffmans did an amazing job!! They are not a chain....they have the one location in Kirkland and their cakes are incredible!!! Very moist cake that was beautifully designed!! We received many compliments and we highly recommend them!!! :)

My wedding cake was absolutely delicious. It was so moist--I was afraid it would be dry because I requested it not be soaked in cherry brandy. I ordered the black forest cake with the cherry blossoms design that I saw in a bridal magazine. I had been searching for a black forest wedding cake! When I read that it had alcohol in it, I asked them to leave it out--no problem. The cherries in the picture were yellow, but my wedding theme was red, so they made my marzipan cherries red. The cake was so beautiful, and tasted so good. All the guests raved about it. It's not traditional black forest--they substitute chocolate mousse and buttercream frosting for the whipped cream. It's loaded with cherries and wonderful. The other flavors I tasted were also delicious and they had quite a variety of flavors to choose from.

Ordered two of the princess torte and a cheesecake for our grooms' cake. The staff were friendly and flexible willing to add the additional cake a week before the wedding. And best of all... The princess torte was delicious!

They had lots of different options/ flavors to choose from and a variety of different cakes, decorations and styles. We had a total of 400 guests at our wedding and decided to go with a 3 tier cake - each tier a different flavor, as well as 3 extra sheets of the cakes to serve. Our wedding cake tasted AMAZING and our guests seemed to enjoy it as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

They were great--they made my cake just how I wanted it from a photo (since I was planning long-distance) and created the nutella frosting I specially requested.
