We had our wedding reception here. What a beautiful building and Sue is amazing. The views were breath taking. Especially at sunset. I cannot say one bad thing that I was disappointed with.

This venue was perfect for our big day! It was a blank slate to really make it our own with a lot of decorations. The space flowed very well, better than any other venue we considered on the island. The value was as good as it gets. We paid under $1000 and got the venue for the entire weekend- all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! This gave us plenty of time to decorate the day before the event, and take down the day after. It made for a very stress free wedding day! I worked with Sue, the venue coordinator, and she was extremely patient and helpful with all of my emails, questions and requests throughout the entire year leading up to our big day. If you are a do-it-yourselfer, and are planning a wedding on a budget, this is definitely a great option!

Looking for a venue that will not break the bank at the beach. This place is perfect. It is a three day remtal so you do not have to rush and set up and take down on your wedding day. You have friday to set up, saturday to party and sunday to clean up. The venue has a catering kitchen, a seperate bar and a large room for you reception. The bar overlooks the inner coastal. It is beautiful. I would highly recommend this place..

Sue was a pleasure to work with. It is so rare and so nice to have the building for the whole weekend. We were able to enjoy the weekend without feeling rushed. We set up on Friday, enjoyed our wedding day Saturday, and could take down/clean up on Sunday. It was extremely affordable. BEAUTIFUL view of the water. It was absolutely perfect. I will cherish the memories and the photos. The grounds were VERY well kept, the building is beautiful, I love the wrap around porch... We had our ceremony outside overlooking the water and the reception inside. I loved the convenience. The Assembly Building has its own parking area which was super important to me. I really like that there is a large room for the reception, a separate cocktail area, and buffet room. My goodness... it was perfect. I would not change a single thing.... Thank you for making my wedding so special!

Beautiful venue and great price. Loved that we had the venue for the entire weekend so we were able to spend 2 whole days decorating.
