Facilities and Capacity

Over 20 acres in size, this rustic facility offers an abundance of options for couples to set up their dream ceremony and reception. Featuring two distinct event locations called Lakeside and Bella Terra, there are almost limitless opportunities. For those drawn to the rustic nature of the farmyard, Lakeside contains two picturesque ceremony locations and a large tin-roofed space for celebrations afterward. This venue can accommodate up to 300 guests. Alternatively, Bella Terra offers couples a refined garden setting and a charming ceremony site nestled in the trees. Following renovations, their idyllic garden venue has room for up to 300 people and incorporates bistro lighting for an atmosphere of true romance. Furthermore, the venue can arrange an incredibly special ceremony on the serene mountainside for those who wish to exchange vows among captivating scenery. The property also contains get-ready rooms so the happy couple can prepare for their special day however they may choose.

Get married here!

Words cannot describe the love I have for this place and team. Sofia is amazing, her time and attention to detail made our wedding run smoothly. Everything from our tour to the day of and everything in between. The venue is beautiful We got married on the Bella Terra side in September. Food was amazing. Our guests won’t stop talking about the food. You won’t be disappointed with how well organized each step of the planning process is. Food tasting appointment was one of my favorites. They provided many resources and vendor suggestions. You feel like family at hidden aceres and they want your day to be special. I highly recommend booking a tour, you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely Magical!

We looked at more than a dozen venues and absolutely fell in love with Hidden Acres the moment we saw it. The venue is gorgeous and such a hidden gem, plus the staff is incredible. Sal, Scott and Sofia were phenomenal and went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was magical. We greatly appreciated how flexible they were with everything and handled all of the details for us. Their all inclusive package was a life-saver, plus we got to add our own touches to the day so it didn't feel cookie-cutter at all. We loved the vendors they worked with as well and found the entire planning process to be fun and enjoyable. The food was delicious as well - everyone raved about the tri-tip shiitake mushroom, pesto chicken, charcuterie spread, bacon wrapped chicken pops, and mushroom cheese quesadillas. If you are wanting something that is surrounded by nature with a little pop of elegance, Hidden Acres is the perfect venue.

Best. Venue. Ever.

My wife and I were searching for a venue that had everything we wanted and Hidden Acres had EVERYTHING that we could have imagined. Every other venue we looked at didn't have what we wanted for except here.

Even from the beginning, we fell in love with the secluded property that has a stunning backdrop of the San Bernardino Forest. We received nothing but compliments from all of our guests and how beautiful everything was.

Sofia was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the whole process and was in constant contact with my wife and I. Everything was perfect from the DJ to the food to the flower person. Sofia gave us a list of vendors to contact for additional things we needed (DJ, flowers, Cigar Roller, Cake) and all of them knew exactly what we were looking for. Just having Hidden Acres and Sofia made planning a wedding in 6 months SO MUCH BETTER.

I recommend Hidden Acres to anyone that is looking for a venue that you don't need to hire a wedding planner for. Sofia was an amazing wedding coordinator and helped with EVERYTHING and on the day of, she had it down to a science.

My wife and I were nervous about "wedding food" but Hidden Acres had an amazing chef and the food was SOOOOOOO GOOD. We had bruschetta, wedge salad with bacon bits, Italian chicken marsala, scallop potatoes and julienne mixed greens.

Honestly it's hard to write down how perfect Hidden Acres and Sofia were, but I recommend them to all of my friends who are looking for a venue.

Perfect Day

Hidden Acres is the most beautiful venue! The mountains and scenery were perfect. Everything went so smoothly the day of and everything was beautiful. My wedding was everything I wanted and more! The food was delicious! It was just perfect, on every level. Sofia made everything so easy, we felt no stress planning or on our big day! Everything flowed so perfectly. They have everything there to help you plan your perfect day! We're so happy that we were able to celebrate our special day with all of our family and friends at this beautiful place.

Perfect venue!

Hidden Acres is just stunning, beautiful views from every angle, it was definitely the perfect place to host our outdoor wedding. The nature aspect provides countless photograph opportunities (we also had our engagement shoot here!) and gives you a more private atmosphere than your typical ballroom. It's a little bit of a drive up the mountain but it's completely worth it. None of our guests had issues with the drive or the lack of cell phone reception.

Another big pro is they have all-inclusive packages which are a huge help during the planning process. Their food and cake selections are very tasty to say the least! Our guests always rave about the entrees when reminiscing about the wedding. They also have a handy preferred vendor list for anything not included in your package.

Their staff is amazing! Sofia and her team are very helpful throughout the planning process and are great with communication. We had a couple of last minute changes the day of due to the weather, but Sofia and Deanna made everything go very smoothly! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding.

October wedding in 2019

I had the most beautiful wedding Sofia and Francesca are very attentive took care of us always answered our questions Sofia was my day of coordinator she was amazing made me and my husband feel extra special I can't thank them enough Sofia made me feel worry free the venue is beautiful the food was amazing all the preferred vendors we chose were amazing and helpful. We booked 2 years in advance everything went smoothly. I highly recommend

fairytale came true!

Wow! Let me just say that what I’m about say does not justify this place.
I had my wedding July 21, 2019 and it was such a memorable day which is all to the help of the staff at hidden acres. Sophia and Deanna are very very amazing people. They make your special day stress free and cater to you like no other.

In my case I actually showed up first rather than my future husband, and right when I arrived they made sure my future husband was no where near me until I walk down the aisle. The venue I selected was called belle terra, I fell in love with this venue and how much greenery was surrounding the area.
At the time I arrived I headed to my bridal room where there was mimosas and sandwiches available for myself and my bridemaids.
Through out my whole wedding I had no stress of any kind everything was handled by the staff at hidden acres.
If I could give more stars I would because this venue is amazing! All my guest mentioned how beautiful my wedding was and how the FOOD was amazing, which typically is always a dilemma at weddings. Some of my guest even got up for seconds and some even took food to go.
If I could do it again I would, with hidden acres! Thank you so much.
If your a new bride I extremely recommend you to go to this venue! You will definitely love it as much as your guest. Some of my guest want to get married here which says a lot about the location. You will not regret it! I mean it!

Amazing and Beautiful

A huge thank you to the staff of Hidden Acres!! My daughter’s wedding last weekend was everything we dreamed of and more. I couldn’t have asked for better people to plan a wedding with; Cindy is fabulous and went above and beyond to make sure everything was beautiful. Sophia, Francesca and Deanna made sure our every need and detail was taken care of the day of and made my daughter feel as special as she looked beautiful on her dream wedding day. Matt, the bartender, went out of his way to serve our guests and ensure it was an event to remember!! I would highly recommend Hidden Acres; you won’t find a nicer group of people to bring your dream to life.

Unforgettable!

My husband and I just got married this past weekend at Hidden Acres (Bella Terra) side and we both were just amazed with the reception, customer service they provide and everything in general! The venue leaves you speechless when you first see it. Sofia is truly an amazing person to work with and very communicative! Bianca my wedding coordinator was very sweet and would accommodate all of our needs the day of the wedding! Seriously mega pleased with everything. All of our guests loves the venue and even with no reception, it’s an amazing place to get married. we truly had our perfect wedding and couldn’t be any more happier with have chosen Hidden Acres. Trust when I say, you’ll be very pleased to choose this place :)
