Heritage Palms Country Club

This was our fourth event here and would definitely do it again! Raquel and her team are amazing, every event we have had here has gone off without a hitch, this last one we had to change the date due to covid and the bride and groom had moved out of state along with the family also moving several times. There were so many things that went wrong and many more that could have. Despite it all Raquel stayed calm and helped us pull it all together, they literally made our event magical!

Our quince event was beautiful! Raquel was awesome. She goes out of the way to help.

Having our wedding at Heritage Palms was the best decision we made! Raquel is a true professional, detailed, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our wedding a reality! She was there the whole step of the way. Also, the entire staff took care of my guests and were willing to help them at all times. The venue looked exquisite!... better than what we envisioned. We are very happy with all of details and the care that was given to this special moment in our lives. Thank you Heritage Palms!!

Raquel and her staff were amazing. They explained the process and kept us up to date with all the covid policies and changes and were very accommodating for our traditional Mexican wedding. Our cake leaned and the staff were able to take it apart and make three separate cakes for us.

Our wedding was held here last month. I only have good things to say. Raquel was informative and patient with all my questions. She provided the help and assistance we needed. Because of the continued contact and communication, I never felt stress or nervous on how the reception would turn out. Raquel reassured me on all of my questions from decor setup to photoshoot area. The food: phenomenal. Even tho my guests were a handful, she was laid-back and handled everything so professionally. Our wedding was truly memorable. We want to thank Raquel Alarcon food manager & staff for making our big day so special. We planned our wedding in such a short time , everything went as planned. Our guests really enjoyed the buffet style dinner the food was delicious! Raquel went above & beyond she took her time going over prices, helped with wedding itinerary, always kept us informed, she was very flexible, quick at replying to your emails, we also want to thank Javier he made sure everything went smoothly on our big day. Very attentive . If planning a last minute wedding this is the place to celebrate. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for making this day memorable .

We recently had our wedding reception at the Heritage Palms Clubhouse. To say it was fantastic is an understatement. From the beginning when we started working with the Food and Beverage Manager, Raquel Alcorn, we knew it would be smooth sailing as she helped plan our event. Raquel went over menu options, table decor and linen choices and room layout and kept in communication with us and our decorator throughout the planning process. When we arrived the room was set up beautifully. There were hors d'oeuvres before the sit down dinner and a fabulous dessert table to go along with the wedding cake. The food was fantastic and the staff was one of the most professional teams I have ever seen. We had a slideshow at the beginning and live music throughout. They helped set up all the visual and sound. Raquel was on hand during the entire event to make sure everything went smoothly and seamless. Our friends are still talking about how delicious all of the food was and what a beautiful room and location for our party. We highly recommend Heritage Palms as a venue for your special event!

I had my wedding at HPCC in January 2020 and it was an absolute DREAM come true! If you want a stunning, delicious, and stress-free venue then here is your dream place!
Prior to booking HPCC, I visited MANY country clubs and I found that a lot of them were outdated and impossible to get a hold of to set up appointments for viewing. Many weren't even present during walk-thru. They would just let me wander then try to talk numbers after real quick. When I came across HPCC, they were so attentive and had recently done some remodeling so the rooms were gorgeous. I ended up booking this venue almost 2 years out so we had time to pay off the venue. They let us make payments as we wanted for however much we wanted to. That was super helpful and was way less stressful that they allowed us to pay on our time. The manager at the time was a guy who was a bit of a hot mess and hard to reach but super accomodating. He ended up leaving about maybe 6 months before my wedding but his right-hand-women took over, Raquel. Raquel was/is absolutely amazing! She was always available for me, she would invite me and my now-husband to have dinners so we could be better acquainted with the chef's cooking and with her staff (btw, the staff is also so friendly and fun, even the security guards!) We ended up serving filet mignon with prawns, veggies, and mashed potatoes for our dinner and it was a HUGE hit. Everyone mentioned how amazing the food was, and they still talk about it.
Overall, Raquel was an absolute angel to work with. She always made me and my wedding feel so special and like a priority. She was always fun and easy-going. I can honestly say my wedding and the planning process had a very low level of stress all thanks to HPCC and an awesome wedding coordinator. Thank you so much, Raquel and everyone at Heritage Palms Country Club. You all made our wedding and the planning process absolutely perfect and a night to forever remember for me and my husband. My husband even still gushes over it and how he can't wait to renew our vows so we can do it all over again, lol! You will not regret having your wedding, or any event, here. I promise!

This venue was amazing. The staff made sure we were well taken care of and the food was amazing. Heritage Palms made our wedding perfect. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our day so special.

Best country club to host a party!
