My now-husband and I just got married this past weekend at Desert Willow, and we truly cannot say enough amazing things about Robbie and Aralytza! From the very beginning, our experience was absolutely incredible, and so much of that is because of Robbie. If you are considering getting married at Desert Willow, I cannot recommend this venue and its team enough!

We are an out-of-state couple, so the majority of our communication and planning had to be done over the phone, through email, and via text. Naturally, we were a little nervous about planning a wedding from afar, especially since we are the first ones on both sides of our families to get married. We really had no idea what to expect or how to navigate the entire process, and we worried about having to figure everything out on our own. Robbie completely put those worries to rest and made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel effortless.

From the very first interaction, Robbie was phenomenal. She was always so responsive, organized, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. Not once did she miss a message, question, or email. No matter how big or small our questions were, she was always there to help, provide answers, and make sure we felt confident in every decision. Planning a wedding comes with SO many little details, questions, and moving pieces, and having someone like Robbie in our corner made all the difference in the world. We never felt like we were bothering her or asking too much. She made us feel supported every step of the way and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process.

I honestly cannot express how much easier Robbie made these last few months for us. Wedding planning can be overwhelming enough on its own, but doing it from another state adds an entirely different level of stress. Robbie made everything feel manageable, straightforward, and enjoyable. She was always one step ahead, incredibly knowledgeable, and so reassuring whenever we needed guidance. We never felt like we were navigating this process alone, and that meant more to us than she probably even realizes. She genuinely cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to make sure they have the best possible experience.

And then, of course, our wedding day was absolutely amazing! Seeing everything come together after months of planning was so special, and we are beyond grateful for the role Robbie and Aralytza played in making it such a wonderful experience. Having a team we could trust completely allowed us to be present, enjoy every moment, and focus on celebrating with our family and friends instead of worrying about the details. That kind of peace of mind is priceless on your wedding day!

Robbie is truly one of those people who makes you feel like you are in the best hands possible. Her communication, professionalism, kindness, and dedication are unmatched. She made us feel cared for throughout the entire process, and we could not have asked for a better person to help guide us through such an important milestone in our lives. We are so thankful for all the time, effort, patience, and care she put into helping us bring our wedding day to life.

Aralytza was also absolutely wonderful, and we are so grateful to both of them for everything they did for us. The entire experience was so much easier and more enjoyable than we could have imagined, and we genuinely believe that having such an amazing team made all the difference.

If you are an out-of-state couple, feeling overwhelmed by wedding planning, or simply looking for a venue where you will feel supported and taken care of, Desert Willow is an incredible choice. We went into this process with so many questions and very little experience planning a wedding, and we came out of it feeling so grateful that we chose Desert Willow and had Robbie guiding us along the way.

We would choose Desert Willow, Robbie, and Aralytza a million times over! Thank you for making these last few months so enjoyable and for helping make one of the most important days of our lives so special. The most perfect wedding event for my daughter and her spouse. Just spectacular! Couldn't have imagined a better party! Robbie and her team worked seamlessly with my daughter to plan this destination wedding. And then executed it without a hitch. It was quite hot in July so she made sure the bride and groom stayed well hydrated before the main event.

From start to finish, our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Every detail was beautifully organized, seamless, and thoughtfully executed. Robbie and her entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran flawlessly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy every moment of our special day.

The venue itself was breathtaking — the golf resort provided the most stunning backdrop for our wedding and created such an elegant and unforgettable atmosphere for our guests. Everything was maintained beautifully and exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you also goes to the Chef and culinary team. The food was truly top shelf — beautifully presented, delicious, and one of the highlights of the evening. Our guests are still talking about how incredible everything tasted!

Such an incredible wedding, it was so well planned, the execution, the food. It was absolutely perfect, we looked at over 10 venues and I can’t say enough for everything you get with desert willows. Also, Robbie, you are a real MVP. She’s absolutely the sweetest, most amazing human that will absolutely take care of you, praise god for the best memories created.

Desert Willow was an absolute dream place to get married! Robbie Lomes, ACCP, Director of Catering, was our event coordinator and main point of contact, and she was extremely helpful and on top of everything you can imagine throughout the entire process. The venue was incredibly accommodating, and the space itself is beautiful even before you add your own touches.

No matter what you decide to bring in or personalize, the venue already has such a great foundation. The food was outstanding, the dance floor setup was perfect, and the overall layout created such a fun energy. My entire crowd was dancing all night!

Robbie was always responsive and timely, and you can tell she is truly seasoned in her role. She made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. I truly can’t express enough how calm and supported she made me feel as the bride, and how seamlessly she worked with all of my vendors.

She was amazing to work with, and the venue was everything we hoped for and more.

Working with Desert Willow Golf Resort — and especially Robbie — was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Everything from start to finish went incredibly well and smooth! To this day I’m in awe in how well everything went. I couldn't have asked for better service, professionalism, or venue over all. All of our guests complimented how good the food was in which I agreed!
The view looked incredible during cocktail hour, which was also a great compliment we kept receiving from our guests. I cant thank Robbie enough for all of the care she provided all thought the planning process. We worked with her for a little over a year and every time we communicated any concerns/ questions/ ideas, she was there to guide us through them and achieve a great wedding day! The staff were also so well organized and extremely attentive. Again, I can’t thank Robbie and everyone involved enough in helping us have such a great wedding. Would recommended it 1000%!
