The Henderson Civic Center is located conveniently in Lake Forest Park on Hwy 64 W. Surrounded by beautifully wooded landscape and a small lake, the Civic Center is a 19,000 square foot multi-use facility. With flexible meeting space and a full slate of amenities, the Henderson Civic Center is the perfect site for business meetings, conferences, luncheons, trade shows, weddings, birthday, reunions and receptions.

Our 9,000 square foot Civic Hall can accommodate banquets for up to 500, classroom seating for 400, theatre style seating for 750 and up to 550 guests with a dance floor. The Civic Hall can be divided up into two separate rooms. The larger 2/3 Civic Hall (6,000 square feet) can accommodate a banquet up to 340 guests, classroom seating up to 190 and theatre style seating up to 504. The smaller 1/3 Civic Hall (3,000 square feet) can accommodate a banquet up to 150, classroom seating up to for 110 and theatre style seating up to 250. The Civic Hall also features a kitchen and a portable stage that can be set up for a band or D.J.

We also have the Reception Room that is perfect for birthday parties, wedding/baby showers. The 1,200 square feet room will accommodate comfortably up to 30. This room has a view of the lake, buffet for food service and a baby grand piano.

Our Conference Room is the perfect setting for small business meetings and holds up to 11. The room features a 55-inch television that has the ability to function as a wireless computer. Other features include wireless internet, a sound system, a Blue Ray DVD player and buffet to provide refreshments during an event.
