I bought my wedding dress at David's bridal and received a pamphlet of coupons and one of them was for free pearl earrings from Helzberg! I was so excited, they were gorgeous and exactly what I was imagining for my wedding day.

This place was very helpful and have such a beautiful selection once I saw my ring I was in love and once I needed it resized they took it and my finger is pretty small and rebuilt my ring from scratch which I was I pressed very pleased!

My fiance and I went together to look for my engagement ring with a relatively small budget. He wanted to get me something that looked nice, and I wanted something that was unique.
We went to a few places and all I was shown was princess and round cut diamonds in simple settings that were not impressive. The stones would either be too small for his liking, or the band on the ring was too thick for my tiny 4.5 ring finger.

When we went to Helzberg, I went in immediately stating that I did not want a halo on my ring and presented the salesman with our budget. My fiance and I browsed for a bit, discussing what we liked, before the salesman pulled out the first pear shaped ring for me to try.

I was iffy about the shape but the minute I put it on my hand I knew that was the shape I wanted. He went to another rack and pulled out this ring, showing me the rose gold on the halo. I decided to try it and I am so glad I did.

This ring was everything I wanted-- unique with a thin band. The ring is noticeable but not overpowering which I love. It had a halo, but once I saw it on I didn't care about that anymore. The stone is near-colorless and picks up the rose gold, so it sometimes appears champagne colored which is beautiful. We had the ring returned and sized within three days. Overall it was a great experience and the ring is even better!

I also got my wedding band from Helzberg-- rose gold with diamonds. The sales team was very honest with me about the bands I looked at and worked well within my budget, never pushing me over what I wanted to spend and honest with their opinions. Very happy, and very pleased!

I purchased a ring at the Northridge Woodland Hills, CA location months ago. I researched the ring and brought my concerns about it to the sales associates who claimed that there would be no problem but if I got the insurance on it, they would fix it no matter what. So I did. Fast forward to 2 weeks before my wedding, and the ring has changed completely. So I go in for the repair. I explain the problem because of course, they need you to in order to use the insurance on it. So I get a call Christmas Eve saying the ring is done and I drive to the mall to pick it up. They polished the ring and ruined it to the point it was unfixable. I asked why they they did this and showed them a 2 photos of the original ring. They claimed they could not see a difference on my photo or on the computer between a charcoal black ring with rose gold on the sides, and the now completely highly polished rose gold ring. They were extremely condescending, calling me "honey" many times and an "upset bride" which I was not. I was spoken to like I was a child by the manager of the store (Rita), who at no point apologized for the mistake and continuously refused to fix the problem until I would say I was not upset with the situation! As if that is her right to determine!
I was floored at the lack of professionalism. They are attempting to rush another ring, but they spoke to me and my mother with complete disrespect. They were extremely shady and also seemed to think I should just take the ring as is, get married (with photographs we've paid for) and then fix it after. They didn't check to look at what the ring looked like before modifying it, they did not apologize for ruining it, and when they tried to find the ring at another store, they claimed not to see a difference between an 8 mm ring and a 5 mm ring. They claimed to not see differences in texture or color. I ask you, what other differences are there in jewelry?? BIGGEST REGRET OF MY WEDDING.
