The Gurnee Helzberg has been wonderful to us. We bought all of our rings (and a bunch of other jewelry) from there. They are super friendly, they worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and we love all of the pieces we have bought from them. My only complaint has been with their jewelry repair process. I brought my rings in to be resize and soldered together. I was told to pick them up on a Friday. I got there and they had not even started working on them. I was upset since I had driven out of my way to go get them. They assured me they would be done by the next day. When I went back to get them, they were done and fit properly, but the soldering looks like it was done in a hurry. I will bring it back to them at some point to have it redone since it looks odd, but it was so close to our wedding that I did not have them try to fix it then.

I waited several minutes before any sales person was available to speak. Once we started talking, she was very at tentative and useful.
