Amazing photobooth! Excellent service!

HELLOPHOTBOOTHLA , was amazing at our wedding reception! Quality service from start to finish ! Truly a one of a kind experience to forever remember the great ambience and amazing work they provide to make sure every guest was happy feels amazing ! Seems to be a scam

I contacted Hello Photobooth LA mid-January for a photobooth for my wedding in late April, and I signed the contract in late January. As I did not hear from them subsequently, I attempted to get in contact with them via email (2x), text (3x), and phone call (3x with only one voicemail, as their voice mailbox was full the first two times), and my wedding planner reached out as well without success. Given the lack of contact by early April (less than a month from my wedding), I assumed this was a scam and asked my wedding planner to cancel the contract with them. Consequently, they reached back out mid-April and said they would not give back the deposit because I was the one cancelling the contract. While there may be extenuating circumstances that the owner did not explain, the simple matter of the fact is I gave them a deposit then was unable to reach them about additional details despite multiple attempts, which sure seems fraudulent. Do not recommend going with this company.
