Katelyn did the photos for our wedding this past weekend (along with our engagement photos over 2 years ago)! She is so wonderful to work with and her work is absolutely incredible! She is so good at directing people to get into the perfect positions to find the perfect shot! Katelyn was also incredibly prepared for our wedding with a full itinerary to make things go smoothly and ensure no photos were forgotten! She travelled all the way to Central Wisconsin from Minneapolis for our wedding! I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire her. I can't wait to hire her for future photo shoots!

Katelyn did an AMAZING job photographing our wedding (and engagement photos last year!). Our wedding was in Chicago, and Katelyn came to Chicago and you would have never known she was from out of town! She scouted locations, got all of our requested shots in, recommended her own shots, and was SO SO organized. We had a large bridal party so keeping everyone in line during the photos would be assumingly difficult, but she did so with ease and a smile. She was SO up beat the whole day it made me feel more comfortable. Our photos have turned out AMAZING and I would hire Katelyn a MILLION times over again! GO WITH HELLODOLLYPHOTOGRAPHY for your photo needs! You will not regret it. All of our guests were complimenting on how wonderful of a job she did (both day-of and now seeing the photos!). I could not be happier with how everything turned out!

The moment my now husband and I got engaged, I looked at him and said "Katelyn will be our photographer" - this was not up for discussion as I LOVE her photos. Katelyn is truly amazing at photography. Her ability to capture moments still has us in awe. Not only are her photos stunning, she herself is absolutely wonderful to work with. She's responsive, helpful and keeps the session fun! We would recommend her to everyone.

Katelyn is absolutely AMAZING to work with! We first had her photograph our engagement photos a year ago and they turned out awesome! She was even fully willing to work with us in getting our very large dog into some pictures :) I highly recommend having your photographer that you're going to use for your wedding, also do you engagement photos because it gives you a chance to get to know each other and really loosen up and it makes a big difference in the end result. From start to finish she was responsive and thorough with emailing me, meeting to scout out photo spots for the wedding day, organized and able to keep me sane as a bride. Fast forward to our wedding day and she and her 2nd shooter KILLED IT!!! They felt like they were part of the wedding party, they were all over the place capturing every moment possible, they were awesome in directing people for photos (which can be like herding cats, just a warning to all you brides out there!), and they really made my visions come to life! I cannot recommend Katelyn enough - trust me, it'll be the best decision you'll make for your wedding. We look forward to keeping her around for years to come to document all of our big life moments :)

After running into many issues with the first photographer we hired for our wedding over a year prior to the date, we decided to start the search for a new one 3 months before the wedding. Although we were incredibly financially and emotionally stressed with finding a new one in time, we had many amazing photographers reach out to us-- including Katelyn! She really stood out to us due to her artistic eye, kindness, and organizational skills. Hiring Katelyn was one of the best decisions we've made!

We decided to do a mini-shoot to get comfortably with her before the wedding, which ended up spiraling into a long, beautiful session due to the amazing sunrise lighting, clear river, and amount of fun we were all having! She took absolutely beautiful pictures, which captured both perfectly posed and entirely natural moments. I loved her flexibility with listening to our suggested poses, and giving us hers when we weren't sure what to do. She has a wonderful eye for pictures! I can't believe how cute some of the candid shots were! Who knew we were so photogenic! ;)

I will add more to this review after our wedding in 38 days, but I can't imagine that it'll look like anything short of a fairytale with Katelyn as our photographer.

I'd give her 10 stars if I could! :D

We are so so happy that we hired Hello Dolly Photography for our wedding! Katelyn is an amazing photographer and incredible to work with. From the first time we sat down with her, we felt a connection. She is easy-going and fun, but super organized. She kept us on track with our photo needs, sending us notes of our conversations and checking in regarding details of the big day, and even sending us a checklist of things she needed from us. There were so many things to worry about before the big day, but photography was not one of them! On the day of, she and her second shooter arrived early to check out the place and scope out best locations for pictures. She captured beautiful posed photos and so many great candid ones! It was easy to feel comfortable with her, and our photos looked so natural. She made sure to get all the combos and photos we wanted and was good at moving things along so that we stayed on schedule. After the wedding, she sent out a gorgeous set of teasers that were so fun to look at and relive the day. The timeline for getting photos back was long, but Katelyn did lay all of that out in the beginning and kept to her promised date. She even surprised us by sending a bunch of the photos about a month early! And most importantly - the photos are absolutely gorgeous! Hello Dolly Photography was well worth the investment.

Katelyn was wonderful to work with and so much fun! She made us feel very relaxed on our big day. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Hello Dolly Photography to any bride or anyone seeking a professional photographer.
