Marcella and team were amazing! They went above and beyond and were helpful during the getting ready process. They blended in seamlessly with the party and caught the most beautiful footage. Marcella and the Heirloom Pictures team were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, they were a dream to work with - courteous, professional, understanding, and always available. They went above and beyond to make sure they understood our wishes and preferences as well as the constraints of our venue (Marcella even took time to visit our venue in advance to scope out the best angles!). During our wedding day, all the videographers made a point to be as invisible and unobtrusive as possible to the point that we truly forgot they were there. Our videos are incredible and Marcella was even kind enough to make some additional edits that we requested at the very end. We would work with her again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend her highly enough!

I must imagine that the toughest customer to please is one with a personality like that of my own: type ‘A’, over-analytical to the point of self-exhaustion, someone who has difficulty letting go of the reins in any situation…I could go on. And yet, Heirloom Pictures rose to the challenge of said Bride, smiled and said, “Don’t worry, we’ve got this.” And that, they did. Sure, I went on to worry anyway, being who I am; but when the raindrops began falling on a day when emotions are already high, trusting in this team to capture the day just as I had dreamed it to be was all that I could do.

Sure, Marcella and team’s flawless execution can be seen in the overflow of comments on the trailer posted to my Instagram feed and Facebook; or in the tears of a family friend in town visiting watching from an iPad after having to miss our Big Day. But most importantly, her precision is apparent in the feelings her work evokes within my husband and I both every time we hit ‘replay’. This is not just a videographer who simply “showed up to the party” and delivered a wedding video to us. She was so much more; an integral part of our big day, from the utmost professional videographer to a much-needed calming presence. Marcella was there to capture it all; through every rain drop to the rainbow at the very end.

It may be in my nature to second-guess myself and dwell on the things outside of my control but one thing is for certain: Our day – both in the moment and in playback – would not have been the same without Heirloom Pictures.

I cannot say enough about how AMAZING Marcella and her team are. We were extremely lucky to have her film our wedding. Marcella has captured many special moments for our family (including my brother's wedding as well). Marcella is the type of person you want to have around during those special moments! When we received the film from Marcella and watched it with my family, there was not a dry eye in the room.

She was so responsive throughout the planning process and truly wanted to know not only what was most important for her to capture on the video but she also wanted to get to know us as a couple. We hired Marcella for our September wedding and could not have been happier! The videographer was the one thing that my now husband was nervous about. He had an image of being followed around all night by bright lights and a camera. Marcella was able to capture our day and special moments between my husband and I without being intrusive. Many times we were even unaware that she was there!!

She is extremely thoughtful and flexible. She only focuses on one wedding at a time so doesn't even meet with you until the week of your wedding. I really appreciated this because while she was always available to answer questions prior to the week of our big day, when we mapped out the day she was extremely invested and focused on doing what she felt would match our personalities.

Marcella was absolutely wonderful to work with! Her viewpoint was to simply document the wedding and not be a part of it, which was exactly what we wanted. We barely knew she was there and there were no annoying spotlights on the dance floor or big cameras in our faces. At the same time, she got really great footage and put it together beautifully. We were so happy to have found her and have her on our special day.

Marcella was wonderful to work with!! She was incredibly professional and easy to get in touch with throughout the whole build up to the wedding.

She also was incredibly flexible. Our wedding wasn't a precisely choreographed event where we knew exactly what time dinner would be served, be over and then what time dancing would begin... as it turned out, dancing didn't really start til about 9pm and Marcella stayed later than we'd discussed to get some really great footage!

The video itself from Marcella is fantastic. She sent us three copies in really nice cases and the part set to music is wonderful as is the video that takes you through the day.

I would highly recommend Marcella because she does lovely work but also because she's a great person to work with and I enjoyed so much having her be a part of our day!

I spoke with Marcella after looking at dozens of videographers online. I wanted someone with a fun and natural style, and she knew exactly what I meant. She worked with me to give me a package within my budget that was great for both of us. I had contacted her only three weeks before the wedding, but on the day-of everything was seamless. The video is one of our favorite things from the day!

Marcella is the upmost professional. My daughter picked her company out and I had no idea what to expect. Within 3-4 weeks of the wedding, we got the first, short little video set to the music my daughter and her husband had their first dance to. I have watched it at least 15 times and it moves me to tears everytime I see it. It is breathtakingly beautiful and moving. Not one of our family friends has seen it without commenting that can't believe how perfect it is. My daughter has now received the full video and also loves that. Marcella made one for both families and I can't wait to see the full version. She is an extremely talented and creative person and you would be lucky to have to her do your wedding. My family cannot say enough about her work. Wow. Amazing.
