Heirloom was probably the best investment we decided on doing for our wedding day! We were on the fence of whether we needed a coordinator or not and finally decided a day of coordinator is absolutely necessary and let me tell you…IT IS! Being in the event industry, I knew I’d have everything in order and planned out but I needed someone to execute and that is exactly what Carrie did day of! I know the offer more in depth services but mine was specifically day of coordinating only (there was a call to review details and then texts to communicate back and forth leading up and day of). It was honestly amazing. Carrie executed my vision flawlessly. She handled anything that came up and was basically stealth during the wedding which is exactly how it should be since she was making sure everything was getting done!

This is worth every single penny (and it wasn’t as many Pennies as you might think!). If you was a stress free day and a day where you aren’t asking family and friends to do favors…get the coordinator!

Brittany at Heriloom Design & Company is unmatched. She organized, understands the vision, has brilliant advice, logistical skills and a complete understanding of the wedding scene. But even more importantly, she is so fun to do business with. Not only did we trust her full heartedly, she also made us feel like true friends. The phone calls and in-person meetings we had were full of laughs and were genuinely a great time — it completely enhanced the whole wedding process. I was afraid we were throwing challenges her way with our big, nontraditional ideas (we wanted to do a mural, to bring in an installation, and more), but she matched our energy and made our dreams even bigger and better. She is your calm in the storm of wedding planning and an absolute light! She is smart, creative, incredibly organized, and efficient. She took care of EVERYTHING the day of the wedding so we could fully enjoy ourselves. We TRULY could not have done our wedding day without her. She is the absolute best. While I think and believe my marriage will last a lifetime and I won’t need to plan another wedding, I hope Brittany and my paths cross again in the future. She’s an outstanding wedding planner, visionary, and person. We LOVE her!!

Hiring Brittany and Heirloom Design and Co was one of my best decisions. Brittany was my Day of Coordinator and she did a magnificent job! I was worried that my vision might not translate into reality; what if it was a flop? what if it looked too small compared to my vision? Once I met Brittany, I had nothing left to worry about. She executed my vision and beyond with her beautiful touch! My wedding day was everything I could have ever hoped for and far exceeded my vision. Brittany worked well with my other vendors and all of the execution was like a well-oiled machine. I used Brittany at Heirloom Design and Company and it was by far the best choice I made in the realm of vendors. Brittany is so quick to respond, thorough, and includes her client in every step of the planning process. Brittany is open to incorporating changes that need to be made, and takes all the stress off the bride. As things get down to the wire for the wedding, knowing that your invitation suites are taken care of it phenomenal. Not to mention her packages include addressing, postage, and sending the the suites to guests- this is a huge time saver when it gets down to crunch time! I cannot recommend Brittany and her amazing company enough!
