I want to start by saying that Nick is undoubtedly talented. During our wedding day and our boat day, he was absolutely great to work with. He has a way of making everyone feel so comfortable, almost like he was just another member of the family celebrating with us. We were happy with most of the wedding photos and the work he did on the boat day was wonderful.

However, the professional experience following the wedding was incredibly stressful. We got married in August, and despite his website advertising a 30-45 day turnaround for wedding imagery, we did not receive all of our photos/video until the end of March.

The most frustrating part was the total lack of communication. For months, we reached out at least two or three times every month via emails, calls, and messages, most of which went completely unanswered. It reached a point where Nick actually blocked me on both Instagram and Facebook while he still owed us our wedding footage. I only finally received a response after I commented on a public photo he posted. Ironically, that response came on the same day he was meeting with our wedding planner for a different event, which did not feel like a coincidence.

Beyond the delay, there are pieces of our day we will never get back. We have no video footage of our first dance or any of the speeches made. Because we hired a professional videographer, we specifically asked our guests not to record those moments, so those memories are now unfortunately lost to us. Additionally, the two canvas prints included in the package we paid for were never delivered.

I take responsibility for not realizing there was no specific timeline written into our contract, but I completely understand that creative projects can take longer than expected. However, the lack of updates and the decision to block a paying client is deeply unprofessional. I have since learned that I am not the first bride to have this experience with him, and I am sharing this so that no one else has to deal with this kind of unnecessary stress surrounding their wedding memories.
