Heidi Marie Photography is a wedding photography company based in Minnesota. She recently relocated to Minnesota from Los Angeles to be closer to family. Heidi Marie has been a photographer for more than 20 years, she got her first camera at 13 from her father. She studied Photography, Film and Theatre at Hollins University - she got her bachelors in 2010. The combination of these focuses means she understands how to find the right light, how to pose a stunning image (and capture dynamic candids) and how to have a good time! She loves weddings! They have all the best elements of photography and theatre... the compelling romantic stories, the beautiful people, and the magic of being in a once in a lifetime moment! She would love to partner with you so you have lasting memories of your once in a lifetime day too!

Do it! Book Heidi!

Heidi was an incredible photgrapher for our wedding and engagement shots. We can't begin to describe how easy she was to work with, taking our ideas, adding some of her own to make them even better, and the end result was excellent. Her attitude is excellent for anyone who isn't used to being in front of a camera too - she puts people in the room at ease. Her system of delivery is great as well, as I can even still just pull them up on my phone whenever I want to show someone a specific shot from the wedding. Highly recommend Heidi for anyone in need of a photographer.

Best. Day. Ever.

Working with Heidi was a no brainer. She has done several milestone shoots for me throughout the years so having her do my engagement shots just made sense. I am the most awkward human in front of the camera and somehow the photos always turn out amazing.

Amazing work

So happy with Heidi Marie Photography

My spouse and I absolutely loved having Heidi Marie Photography shoot our wedding. Both she and her second shooter were so good at making all of us (children, adults, and the camera-shy) feel comfortable and relaxed. The photos turned out even better than we hoped. Our ceremony venue had challenging lighting for photos but Heidi made it work beautifully. She captured some of the best reception photos I’ve ever seen - with candids of us dancing with our family and friends. The fun, energy, and joy was evident in each and every one.
