Heather was great! She was easy to coordinate with, she wanted to know every little thing I was hoping to capture, the photos turned out amazing and came back so quickly, she was a great price, and I got ALL of the raw photos as well as the edited ones. I would highly recommend!

We found Heather Johnson Photography on The Knot, and reached out to her regarding an engagement session through email. We received a reply with information within hours! I called her the next day and knew within minutes of talking to her that she was going to be great to work with. I told her I wanted a session outside with the beautiful fall foliage and she visited a couple of different sites to find the perfect spot. She even took the time to send us some pictures from previous sessions to show us what it would look like.

Heather was so much fun to work with! My fiancé and I had a blast during our engagement photo session. Heather has a way of making you feel comfortable right from the very beginning – which is extremely important for these kind of pictures! She is very energetic and is it obvious that she is passionate about her work. She knows what poses work well and has an eye for details!

Heather sent me a couple of “sneak peek” pictures within a week of the photo shoot, and by the next week she had the pictures done – a few weeks ahead of schedule! We are thrilled with the results and couldn’t have asked for anything better. We are submitting our engagement to a wedding magazine and she even took the time to edit those pictures as well.

All in all, Heather made the entire process fun and exciting – exactly what an engagement photo session should be! I highly recommend Heather for any of your photo needs (engagement, wedding, & family portraits). I know you would not be disappointed!

We would give Heather 100 stars if we could! My husband and I decided early on that our wedding photographer was going to be our number one priority during our planning. We started searching for a photographer on a Friday night last summer. We sent out 5 requests for information to vendors around 5:30 pm, and Heather responded 7 minutes later. I repeat...she responded to our request for information on a Friday evening..we were so impressed! From that moment, we basically knew she was going to be the one for us. Her emails were upbeat, and we set up an in-person appointment right away. She was so flexible with our busy schedules! She's full of spirit, has so much excitement for her photography, and we were able to talk about everything! She was perfectly communicative throughout the whole process, worked with us and our financial situation, and put our minds at ease. My husband and I still (truthfully) joke that Heather is the one thing that went perfectly and swimmingly with our wedding planning. She traveled to us for our engagement session, and we had so much fun! My husband and I were so at ease with Heather, and she made the session so enjoyable! Not to mention, her pictures are absolutely BREATHTAKING!!! She catches the perfect laughing pictures, the joyfully candid photos, and the beautifully traditional pictures. As we neared the big day, we knew she had everything in order, and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She captured every single emotion from the beginning to the end of the night. It was incredible! Throughout the day, she was like a fly on the wall. She was seriously everywhere all at once, but we never noticed her! We still don't know how she did it! I promise from the bottom of my heart, you will LOVE Heather and her stunning photography, just as much as we do and all of our wedding guests do!
