From June 2021, this property will welcome ceremonies and receptions to its charming blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. The town is just a short drive from the ranch, while Rocky Mountain National Park is also close at hand. Facilities and Capacity

Ceremonies at Heartwood Ranch can be held indoors, in the barn, or outside in the fresh air. This outdoor setting has the surrounding mountains and beautiful setting as its backdrop and can comfortably accommodate up to 125 guests. The barn is also available for receptions and features its own dance floor. There are also various outdoor sites where couples can host a cocktail hour or mingle with their loved ones. Before beginning their day, couples are invited to get ready in the wedding house. Here, there are two private dressing areas complete with restrooms, mirrors, a closet, and a vanity table so they can relax in private with their party. Guests from out-of-town can make use of the plentiful onsite parking. There's also space for people to park their campers if they decide they want to explore the area after your celebration.

Heartwood Ranch offers a variety of amenities to help couples bring their dream day to life. This includes outfitting the event spaces with Bluetooth sound systems to support both ceremony and reception. The outdoor ceremony site includes a wedding arch, under which to-be-weds can exchange their vows. The barn, meanwhile, offers tables, chairs, and a special area reserved for the wedding DJ.
