Headquarters Wedding and Event Venue

Located in the heart of downtown Newport, Headquarters Wedding & Event Venue is a historic, boutique wedding venue designed for couples who want a beautiful celebration without the high price tag and emptiness of a massive wedding hall.

Originally built as a hardware store in 1870, Headquarters has been thoughtfully restored by owners Mike and Lindsey, preserving its historic character while adding the modern venue amenities couples need today.

Being only 2 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati, Headquarters puts you in the middle of everything! Hotels, restaurants, bars, entertainment and more are all within walking distance, making it easy for you and your guests to enjoy the entire wedding weekend without having to drive from one location to another.

Free public parking is available directly across the street, along with ample street parking.

With space for up to 100 guests, Headquarters is ideal for intimate weddings where the couple and their guests are at the center of the celebration. The main floor features multiple connected spaces that naturally flow from ceremony to cocktail hour, to dinner and dancing.

The venue features exposed brick, original hardwood floors and large windows that create a distinctive historic-industrial setting filled with tons of natural light.

All wedding packages include full day venue access and use of our private bridal suite loft, giving the wedding party a comfortable place to get ready all day before the celebration begins.

Headquarters is also designed to make planning easier. Tables, chairs, linens, cocktail tables, lounge furniture, centerpieces, ceremony decor, greenery wall, lighting, sound equipment, projectors, coolers and ice are all included as part of the venue, helping couples create a beautiful wedding without having to rent and coordinate every detail separately.

We allow couples to bring in their own alcohol, and outside caterers and vendors are welcome, giving you the flexibility to build your wedding your way. In addition to wedding ceremonies and receptions, Headquarters is available for rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, engagement parties and other celebrations.

Since opening in 2018, Headquarters has hosted over 1000 milestone celebrations for couples looking for something a little different: a historic Cincinnati-area setting, a convenient downtown location, and an intimate space where every guest feels like part of the celebration.
