Haute Cuisine catered my daughter's wedding and they were a dream to work with. The food was fabulous, bartenders did a great job with our signature cocktail and mocktail, and their entire team was responsive, professional, friendly, fun, and instrumental in creating a truly exceptional event. We had a large number of vegetarian and vegan guests and the menu was beautifully catered to the needs of everyone. They even helped us pull off a surprise cotton candy station for dessert that was so special to the bride and her grandmother. I cannot recommend them any more highly.

Lusine catered our wedding and did an amazing job. From the day that we met her and made the menu things were going smoothly. The day of the event we could not be more pleased with the service, the food, and the overall experience. The service was amazing her waiters did an amazing job to tend to all tables that needed help and made sure everything was going great. The food was amazing and plenty to choose from since we did family style eating. If anyone is looking for catering for their event I strongly recommend Lusine (Haute Cuisine Catering) and her staff.

Lusine catered our bridal shower party and we will never forget how she incorporated the theme into the menu that day. The pistachio crusted scallops and the puff pastries with the most delectable fillings were too beautiful to be eaten. The chicken skewers in peanut saute sauce and baked bell pepper halves stuffed with pesto goat cheese were such a hit. And, those Belgian chocolate cups filled with the softest mousse, berries and chocolate flakes were definitely something to write home about. The guests and our family remember every delicious bite from that special day.
