We recently hosted a rehearsal dinner and welcome party for our son’s destination wedding. Nicole, the Sales and Marketing Manager, was a joy to work with. Unlike many of the other vendors, Nicole and the staff at the Hard Rock made the long distance planning easy. I strongly recommend using them for all types of events!!

I started working with Nicole @ the Hard Rock Cafe at the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic. I wanted to organize a rehearsal dinner for our wedding party of 33 people. Right away she made me feel at ease with the flexibility that things could rapidly change with attendee numbers, cancellations, and overall uncertainty with Covid and potential shut downs. I knew after talking with her this was the place to host this. She was responsive, kind, personable and had open communication throughout the planning process. I knew when we showed up, things were going to be in place and perfect for us! We were able to treat our guests with amazing entrees, drinks and desserts at a reasonable cost too. Once we arrived in Key West, we stopped for introductions and I was greeted with friendly staff and met Nicole in person! She had everything set for our special night.

The service the night of the rehearsal dinner was beyond amazing. The wait staff was efficient, the portions perfect and the drinks always full when we needed. Our bartender was funny and fit right in with our WI group. It would take a lot to top this night in Key West, it was relaxing, had great music and had a historic feel/atmosphere. We weren’t rushed and overall fabulous at it can come. Thank you Hard Rock Cafe Key West, you have our whole hearts (and stomachs) ❤️. See you for the renewal!

Just wanted to share what a great experience we had at the Hard Rock cafe on November 26. We booked my daughter's wedding reception with Diane back in the summer. She was awesome, excellent to work with, and delivered everything as promised and more. The upstairs room was beautiful. We met with Kelly the day before the wedding and she was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We were able to have access to the upstairs room the morning of the wedding to decorate it the way we wanted. Ivan and Howard were there the night of the reception and were very attentive and were making sure that everything was going as planned. Our server and bartender were exceptional, very friendly and attentive as well. I would highly recommend the Hard Rock as your venue for your wedding reception or any type of private party. The private upstairs room, the food and the service are an A+. Thank you again to all who were involved in the Tezzas/Stilwell reception to make it a perfect experience.

Highly recommend The Hard Rock Key West for a rock your socks off Wedding Reception venue. This place is really beautiful from the outside in it's 5 stars all the way...and when I say totally professional I mean you show up and the stress and worries are OVER. Time to party and enjoy yourself! The party room has a balcony over looking Duval St., the service, food and drinks were perfect. We all had a really great time ending a stressful way too busy day to full of smiles and amazing memories to share with our family and guests. We will definitely be back every time I visit Key West, just a beautiful spot to repeat our memories of a special day. Diane went way out of her way to pull this together for us, I will never forget her. After the other place we booked months in advance dropped us for a bigger reception party. Within minutes of her hearing about our horrid ordeal she pulled together a NEW stress free plan, coordinated a menu and calmed me down. My tears of fear of ruining our special day (with no reception place to schedule with a two weeks notice to re-plan everything) were turned to tears of joy that someone would go to such lengths for a perfect stranger. We will be back every time we visit! It is so refreshing to see such good caring people in a big commercial company like the Hard Rock.

We had such an amazing wedding at the Ernest Hemingway House on July 21 and Hard Rock Cafe Key West killed it. Every single guest loved all the food. The bar was great and the staff was having just as much fun as we were!!! Thank you so much for everything Diane!!! Thank you Jose and the rest of the staff!!!

They delivered great tasting food to our hotel during our honeymoon. Fast service.

We had a simple wedding on smathers beach. So we chose a brunch reception at the hard rock. It was perfect!! Mandy is professional and laid back. She set up our brunch with no real direction from me and it was perfect. The bar and waitstaff were absolutely fabulous. I would recommend the hard Rock for a similar reception or rehearsal dinner. Great food! Great staff!!

The manager (Mandy) and staff were great, I was not nervous about anything when it came down to our reception, the food was great, and the staff was friendly and interacting with our guest. Choosing the Hard Rock was the best decision we made for our reception site.

The Hard Rock was amazing! You can rent out the whole restaurant, but we just did the 2nd floor which hold about 40 people. Absolutely amazing balcony and private bar. Not to mention the glam decor! I can't give Mandy the sales manager enough praise!
