Happy House Ventures is a spectacular wedding venue located in Arroyo Grande, California. Based on a beautiful five-acre lot, this exquisite estate is enclosed by swaying pine trees for complete privacy. Meticulously kept lush landscapes surround the premises where weddings take place.
Facilities and Capacity
The remodelled 40'x50' barn and surrounding area are perfect for hosting up to 200 guests. Happy House Ventures can host up to 18 overnight guests in the spacious ranch house. This wedding venue features gorgeous outdoor spaces with lovely, scenic views. For your ceremony, exchange vows in a serene open field ceremony, surrounded by the tranquil natural world. Utilize the barn-style wedding facility for your reception, or you're welcome to dine and dance al fresco under the stars, with plenty of outdoor space available.

Located only 3.5 miles from the village of Arroyo Grande, this venue is only a small distance from local and exciting shops, restaurants, and refined wine-tasting rooms. In addition, the local Arroyo Grande Farmer's Market is held every Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM. This venue is also located only seven miles from seven world-class wineries, Lopez Lake, and Pismo Beach. Lopez Lake features boating, waterslides, and fishing.

Heritage Estate is gives you a lush garden like setting with the added benefit of a beautiful vacation rental and cool industrial barn. It encompasses so many different styles and can work with all types of decor. Best of all the event managers are a joy to work with. I love coming back to this venue year after year. Heritage Estate has such a beautiful all inclusive venue. As photographers, my wife and I were privileged to find a bridal suite in the large room downstairs that was spacious enough for the bride and several bridesmaids to get ready. And, the light in there was AMAZING! Taking pictures with the floor to ceiling windows letting natural light in while also being diffused by soft white curtains made the bride look like she was glowing and created beautiful images. The grounds and barn facilities are top notch and perfect for a romantic garden wedding. The venue is secluded and tranquil, so there's no neighbors, or random uninvited guests, to see or feel or disturb in close proximity to take away from the revelry and celebration of weddings and the receptions party time afterwards.
