Ive been looking to revamp my engagement ring for sometime now. Peter helped me with my vision after falling in love with one of their pieces. He explained thoroughly what they would create for me and went over and beyond in making it perfect. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My rings are absolutely stunning!!!

The best thing my husband did was purchase ours here. The customer service is awesome. Pete is a stand up honest guy. If we have a problem with ours rings, they take care of it quickly and with no questions ask. They are stand up business with loyal customers.

STEVE STEVE STEVE. Where do I begin??? Steve is the man you want to speak to. I can't express my gratitude in just a few words. I can say that if you are looking for the best prices and quality you need go there. My Husband and I loved the experience. Our rings are beautiful and unique. 2 Thumps Up!

After going to dozens of different jewelers, I finally found a ring I was in love with at Hannoush. They were so willing to help and were not pushy like most other jewelers. They also had a wide selection to choose from and the engagement rings/ wedding bands did not look all alike, again, like other places I visited.

Buyer pay attention

Avoid This Place at All Costs – Dishonest Practices and Zero Accountability

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to purchase $2,400 worth of jewelry at the Fort Myers location in Edison Mall, expecting transparency and honesty regarding their leasing program. Instead, I got hit with misleading information and a financial nightmare.

When I inquired about leasing, I was told, “As long as you don’t miss a payment, you’ll be fine and won’t pay any extra fees.” Sounds simple, right? Wrong. Fast forward, and I’m now looking at paying $5,800 to $6,400 depending on how I arrange my payments. That’s nearly triple the original cost!

To make matters worse, when I called to address the issue, Peter, a so-called manager, was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. He even had the audacity to suggest that Emory (another employee) was well-informed about the leasing program but conveniently forgot to mention the most crucial detail: You have to pay it off within 120 days to avoid insane extra fees.

Instead of taking responsibility or showing any ounce of remorse, Peter doubled down, implying that I was lying about what I was told. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service at this location is absolutely appalling.

If you value your hard-earned money, transparency, and being treated with respect, DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save yourself the headache, financial stress, and frustration. Plenty of other jewelry stores out there deserve your business – this one definitely does not.

I will not purchase from this store again. Their owner Lou and manager Pete are both dishonest and rude. They treat their employees like dirt and customers are ignored.
