Beth Beasley deserves being recognition and applauded for her refined knowledge on all aspects of the value and background of every unique diamond. I have never heard anyone inform and educate, in the way she did, during my visit at Hands Jewelers. Her patience and eagerness to answer all my questions was outstanding.

To give Hands Jewelers only 5 stars feels unfair. The quality of service matched their quality of product without a doubt. There was no question we would go to Hands when purchasing engagement and wedding rings, but I was not prepared for how amazing the experience would be. From the second we walked through the door we were welcomed so warmly. Linda helped us narrow down what style of engagement ring we would want and then we met with Charlie. The entire staff is incredible and Charlie is superb. We met with Charlie at least five times to pick out the perfect diamond. When we thought we had chosen one, we ended up changing our mind. We felt so bad telling Charlie we needed to look again and he made it his mission to go out and find the PERFECT diamond just for us. He emailed me pictures of the ring, stayed in touch with my fiance through the whole process and was so flexible on timing of payment. Charlie loves what he does and cares for every person that walks through that door. I highly HIGHLY recommend Hands Jewelers. They will forever be our jeweler even if we move out of the area.
