I would choose Hamilton Bakery over and over again for my wedding cake if I could!! Ruben was great to work with-he makes absolutely beautiful and delicious cakes! The prices at Hamilton Bakery and the best you will find hands down. The cake itself was beautiful and simple, exactly how I'd imagined it. And it was by far the best wedding cake I've ever had, We ended up ordering a little bit more than we needed...but I was happily eating leftovers for days! :)

We chose Hamilton bakery because it was on our preferred bakers list and I couldn't have been happier with our cake!! We didn't want anything traditional with fondant and flowers. We just wanted a really good tasting cake that we would love. The bakery was so easy to work with, we scheduled our tasting and had a hard time picking just one flavor!!! We went with a yellow cake with chocolate butter cream in between the layers and then frosted with peanut butter buttercream. The cake was moist and the buttercream frosting was perfect. Not too sweet and the peanut butter was not overpowering!!!! You also get an included cake for your one year anniversary!!

Hamilton Bakery made a beautiful cake for my wedding. I wanted cupcakes for my guests and the Bakery suggested that if I was going to only need the cake for the cake cutting then I should use a false bottom tier. It was an appreciated suggestion as it was a money saver. Everyone raved about the cupcakes! Everything tasted delicious!
