Designed by award-winning firms HKS Inc. and Bentel & Bentel, HALL Arts Hotel features over 10,000 square feet of sophisticated event space. The centerpiece is the breathtaking Grand HALL Ballroom, a 2,442-square-foot space highlighted by dramatic Lasvit chandeliers, a commissioned work by acclaimed artist Clare Woods, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Urban Garden, Winspear Opera House, and Meyerson Symphony Center.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful service!
Our guests raved about the service at our event, the taste of the food, and the beauty of the space. Worth noting: the house linens, chairs, and bar setup are all BEAUTIFUL neutrals, and come included which definitely saves you time and money too. Emily herself was there at the reception (which is notable, because often at hotel events, the events managers may not stay for the evening and given the size of our affair I hadn't hired a day-of coordinator) - and she made sure everything went perfectly. When we got to our room at the end of the night, she'd even surprised us with a nice card, some treats and extra cake boxed up.
Overall, we were able to completely forget this wasn't our original plan, or even how weird the whole year had been, and just focus on how exciting and fun it was to GET MARRIED, and then to celebrate that at HALL Arts Hotel. Can't recommend this place more, and highly recommend you check it out whether you are planning a small event (we had 24 folks) or bigger - they have room for it all!

The food was outstanding! The service--everyone from Emily to the valet attendants to the front desk attendants and everyone who helped make our day special--was phenomenal. I would do it all over again if I could and change nothing, because it was so incredibly perfect!!
The wedding room suite was amazing too...seriously everything was so phenomenal!
Amazing night to remember
Absolutely Magical, nothing could have gone better
Our wedding had to be rescheduled and downsized because of covid. Smaller guest list, meant smaller space and we happened to find Hall Arts as an option (we had 35 people attend but they have bigger rooms for larger parties). We worked with Emily the entire time and she was incredible to work with. She has prior event planning experience and explained anything we need clarification on and helped us identify what was important to us so that the services provided met our expectations. Since we had to cut our gest list into a fraction of our original guest list we decided that we were going to treat everyone to the best experience possible.
Day of:
Let me start of by saying ALL OF THE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE INCREDIBLE. We had Halibut, short ribs and chicken as an option; halibut is my favorite but if you can only do two choices, i would skip it because the chicken is the most incredible piece of chicken i've ever had and the short ribs have so much flavor. The only complaint i received was someone got the wrong plate at dinner but the staff was quick in changing the plate out. And by quick I meant QUICK; so quick that my cousin enjoyed and finished dinner with everyone at her table.
Our bartender for the night LA was the best lol the next day everyone was talking about him like he was a friend; probably because the drinks were flowing and they were delicious. The level of service we all received that night was incredible. Everyone was attentive, responsive and anticipating our needs. Everything was well choreographed. Emily was present at the times she was needed and it was always much appreciated. She coordinated all details with my wedding planner and reached out when needed :)
Venue Details:
The venue is gorgeous, very minimal decorations are needed. The room we were in has 2 walls that are full length windows so we got an indoor/outdoor experience without worrying to much about the weather. We thankfully were fortunate enough to have clear skies and cool temperatures so we were able to take advantage of the outdoor SAPCES for our family/ friends portrait.
We honestly had the most incredible time. lol unfortunately we do not have any event that requires a venue but man i would love to be back some day,
