My whole wedding party got hair and makeup, and we all looked fabulous. I really loved the salon, and the staff was great. One of the updos on one of my bridesmaids wasn't awesome, but the stylist said she wasn't totally comfortable doing those services. But everyone else, including myself, looked amazing. Inwouldnjust make sure you get the right stylist. I have gone back a few times for color and cut, and love it.

Review of RX Salon

I’m very disappointed with my experience at RX Salon. I went in for a partial highlight and was specifically told that the result would be a caramel color. Instead, I left with very few noticeable highlights and an unwanted red tone that was completely different from what I had discussed and expected.

I was also charged $80 for a haircut even though my hair is above my shoulders, and I was charged as though I had long hair. Given the overall result, I was especially disappointed with the cost.

I expressed my concerns to the owner, Tammy, and explained how unhappy I was with the highlights and the overall service. Unfortunately, rather than addressing my concerns or offering a meaningful solution, I was only offered a discount on a future service. I did not feel that my concerns were genuinely heard or resolved.

I left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the way my concerns were handled. I would not recommend RX Salon based on my experience.
