Claudia was very quick to respond, open when I was in town for a consultation, and adjusted exactly what I asked. My hair, as well as my bridesmaids and my mothers, was perfect! We all looked gorgeous and it lasted the whole night!!! Thanks so much for helping me feel like a true princess on my big day!

Claudia is wonderful! She traveled to our venue so that we could be close and did not have to drive to a salon. She did 9 up-dos in just a couple of hours and everyone's hair looked great! She was very flexible and changed a few things upon request to make sure that we were all satisfied!

Claudia is so helpful. I had my trial hair yesterday. She helped me pick a style that will flow with my naturally curly hair vs fighting it. She was great scheduling the appointment so I could have my hair and make up trial done prior to Boudoir pictures. I can't wait for the wedding.... 1 month to go.

Claudia did a wonderful job for myself and my bridesmaids! She got my finnicky, slippery straight hair to stay in a beautiful, curly updo all day long. Before the wedding, she came to my house to do a run through of my updo. It made me feel more confident that it would hold on the big day. She understood what wasn't working and corrected it for the wedding! She even came out to the venue to do our hair. She was flexible and wonderful to work with! Thank you, Claudia!

Claudia was amazing to work with. Showed her pictures of what I wanted and she worked with me to achieve it!! My hair turned out amazing!!! She went above and beyond for me on my day and I can't say enough good things about her!!!

Claudia did a great job on both my & my bridesmaids' hair! She made great recommendations that took the setting (outdoor, humid) into consideration, and she was very quick. Everyone's hair seemed to stay all night (even my up-do, despite vigorous dancing and jumping and sweating!) and she incorporated some special accessories into my style. She works with Rachel Terrier (makeup artist) and the two of them make a great team, able to work quickly at the same time on one person if necessary.

My experience with Claudia was unpleasant and I would not recommend her to anyone. She verbally quoted me her pricing when we fist talked on the phone, which was $60 for a blow out and $100 for an updo. Only after I reached out to ask her additional questions did she add that a hair down style was $85 and that the rule of thumb in the hair styling world was that one bobby pin in someone's hair equated to an updo ($100), which I found to be untrue when I consulted other stylists in the area. When we were discussing logistics for the wedding day, she dictated the schedule so that she could get to another bride that was getting married that same evening. Her proposed timeline did not align with what I envisioned for the day and she was not willing to compromise. When I expressed some of my concerns, she told me that it was customary to book 2 bridal parties in one day during the fall season, and that if I didn't like the way she ran her business, I should find another stylist. Long story short, her response was so off-putting that I decided to part ways with her 3 weeks before my wedding, which was obviously not ideal. I found that the $200 deposit was a small price to pay to not have her negative energy and condescending attitude around my family and closest friends on a very important day. Claudia should be reminded that she works in the customer service industry and treating her customers with kindness and respect would go a long way.
